I would tell people to make sure you turn off updates etc in idrive and bmw app so you won't throw money away for another femto unlock because you have to send out dme again unless that's not a concern anymore
Great vid as always, this is better than the vid that BM put out. I actually used this last night to install my BM Flex Fuel sensor last night! Perfect timing to drop the vid! I did make a mistake when working with Con 7. I didn't realize the connector 7 has two sides. When I removed the stock harness, both sides came out. There is a groove on the lock tab side that it has to slide into. I had it just sitting in the center of the plug and it did not plug in far enough. My dash was not working. Took me a little while to track it down. Thanks for what you guys do over there at Kies, great team and great customer service! I will always try and buy everything from you guys first.

You can unlock the Bosch DME in the United States? You're not sending it out to Femto?

Your dme has to be sent to Femto. You can let Kies do it or send it there directly. You will pay a premium for kies, keep in mind.
