Probably this was the best way to end the trilogy for the writers but i still cant accept the fact that lightning being my childhood hero fall so badly in the end. He deserved a better ending and a better way to retire 😢

I loved how from the beginning the style of race car was depicted getting older, Doc was a 1948 Hudson hornet, kown for being off the lot dirt track racers and moonshine runners,Tripp was a 1970's super bird, known to be a stock sold car slightlymodified to race, chick a 1980' chevy box nose,known for having a factory race package,and McQueen a 1990's custom "stock" car, being a custom built track car that was never street legal,and by the 3rd movie, the new rookies are all custom made super car racers based on import sport cars,
Bruh i wish Finn and Hollly would return like i genuinly think they are cool characters. I hate how all of Cars now ignores cars 2 its just so annoying to me. I love Finn and Holly i hope the return someday.

And maybe the start of the end race where he was struggling without them cause of his character building (defo not the case in the first race cause of him firing his crew chief) and that they kinda appeared out of no where lmao.

Now im doubting these recaps because you missed a few important details, max didnt find mcqueen, doc called them, and it didn't pay off, doc had a change of heart. Missing these key info makes this full story hall assed
