This is a piano tutorial for Golden Slumbers by the Beatles written by Sir Paul McCartney. In this tutorial I will show you EXACTLY what Paul McCartney played on the studio version of the song, from Abbey Roads.

its really confusing when you are swapping fingering around while playing chords and seems really unnecessary

I’m showing you the notes of the chords so you can then play them however it’s comfortable. I don’t teach finger and hand positioning because my hands aren’t going to be the same size as everyone else’s, so what’s easy and comfortable for me, may not be for you. I don’t think that makes it unnecessary. When I demonstrate the phrases you can see what my fingering is.
