I still use a couple of products that was actually designed for Caucasian hair, but my hair likes it. Hair is just hair at the end of the day. If it works, it works.
I can so relate to what you're saying. My hair is the same way. I would try a new product and my hair would be like ohhhh ahhh so I'd think I found the right product then next couples uses my hair hates it. In particular the shea moisture line. I give up on that brand lol... I think I found the right products now tho 😉
Same . After 6 years build up is a pain. I'm trying going without my lovely Shea butter . Also trying lighter products in my hair combine with less cowashing more shampoo wash days . Your hair is beautiful.
Love your videos! I would like to mention that the Shea Moisture Jamaican Black Castor Oil shampoo is a CLARIFYING shampoo and many people can’t use it but a couple of times of month. That’s probably why your hair felt so good because, if you haven’t used a clarifier to remove old product, your hair can kind of “breath” again. Just wanted to point that out so there’s would know just in case they would like to try the product.
Enjoyed this video. Love your hair. Can you do a demonstration on how you moisturize your hair? The application on how much shea butter you apply on your hair?
New subbie,i just love me some u,yr hair n how u talk.Thank u for honest bout the products.I'll just stick to the simple things I use n not kill myself no more over products I can't even afford.
Been watching all your videos and I am in AWE 🤯😍😍 I’ve got 4c hair and at 16inches right now (without much effort) right now I’ve given the wigs a break to actually take care of my hair. I’d love to know your daily hair routine!
I want to know more about your rice water use, I'm currently confused, earlier I use it every 3-4 days for like 20min and rinse it off then moisturize (literally I put water in my hair every 3-4 days)and now I want to apply it and leave it in and at the same time I don't want protein overload, there is a lot going on in my mind, SOS!
Siiiiiiiis! I’m all over your video and hair! Wow! So gorgeous! Your background is so chic n cute! Hmm, going to look for that clay but I hate mess! I’ll have to rethink that! Lolol you’re so cute! New here hope you return the love girlfriend!
Obaa Yaa Jones thanks. I happen to watch the video you posted about hair typing after I posted my comment lol. Sorry. I realize that you’re not into that. The only reason I ever ask is to see what techniques and style that could work for my hair. Based on my experience, type three and some type 4a styles/techniques don’t work for me. Thanks so much for responding.
Honestly, I don't really like to put my hair in the Hair typing category. I'd say I'm type 4 and I have a mixture of all types of 4 represented on my head.

Yh!!! I didn't want to become a product junkie, so I had to just stick with what was working ok 😅
@@ObaaYaaJones yea right right 😅
Same here
Agreed. My hair truly hates that entire brand

I stopped using rice water a long time ago. I experienced protein overload and had to stop.

It's like liquid gold for the hair 😁
🏆🥇😁👍🏽GOAT!
Love your hair. are you fine textured 4c? Just wondering your hair type.
I do have fine hair and one would classify my crown as 4c, but I don't really go by that. All I know is, that my hair is kinky coily😅❤
