- On a tiny Caribbean island, hundreds of people are preparing to pack up and move to escape the rising waters threatening to engulf their already precarious homes. Surrounded by idyllic clear waters, the densely populated island of Carti Sugtupu off Panama's north coast has barely an inch to spare with houses crammed together -- some jutting out into the sea on stilts.

What’s crazy is they are just waiting for the government to fix their problems none of them are even working on the houses to help get them ready to move into
@@danrace44 maybe the second location is far away from the first one and it would take them multiple days to get there, with no place to stay once there, but sure use impoverished dwellers of a sand bank to feel better about not needing government assistance yourself so you can berate them from upon your high horse.
