Years ago when I was still using Synthesia, I would just practice a passage over and over until it was ingrained in my muscle memory. Synthesia "passages" are very short though, you can only see about 5 seconds worth of music on the screen at once. So, a lot more memory based compared to sheet music. Just try and find patterns in the music to help you memorize it quicker.
There's no sheet music unfortunately. You can download the MIDI from the link in the description though, and maybe try to paste the notes into a sheet music program.
