Amazing video, I would love to live there! Just one minor correction: the unit you're showing is located on the north-EASTERN side of the building, so there's no chance to see the sun actually set from there. But, if you want to see that so badly, get to the top ...,Anyway, for me, the view at this part of Bangkok, looking over Sukhumvit, Lumpini, Silom etc. at night is absolutely amazing!

I believe the land the building sits on is freehold. Be interested to know where the present owner is moving to. On the scale of things the unit is not expensive world wide. Be interested to know price wise the One Bangkok development to purchase. One can only dream.

i was wondering the same thing about building maintenance fees. Its gotta be thousands of usd a month but if you can afford 8.8 million, those fees are a drop in the bucket
Good looking remodel. The trimless delta lights and registers look correctly done. Was that a steam/sauna in the master bath? Could have placed that in the gym area (former maids) by reducing the kitchen footprint. Lots of refrigerators and wine fridges, maybe too many. Overall it's a good looking renovation/remodel. Question; are there any super high end residential builders in Bangkok originally from elsewhere? I'm from New York City and have a career's worth of experience building commissioned and published residential, and executive commercial, projects in NYC and Los Angeles. I am looking at Bangkok, always wanted to retire there, as a place I could move to and still work. Is this possible? Perhaps as an owners representative. Do you know of any expats doing this?
There are some good companies here some run by Thais some run by foreigners. But if you are better, there might be an opening. I think a lot depends on the skilled labor you can find here.

This is the fact and reality of this video. I already wished in the very deepest part of my soul to make that one wish that i can instantly BUY and pay in full for these properties in this video. However, i instantly caution EVERYONE with a logical mind that 300 MILLION THAI BAHT is completely NOT WORTH it for such a piece of land. ** Reason - The MOST prestigious and most sought-after plot of land, property and living space in the entirety of Asia is in Singapore. It is where the richest possible billionaires (from Thailand and the entire continent) live and put their money into. Again i always love GTM production because i am always positive and interested about BKK. (Just that if we are to speak for real - the only place in Asia that is worth every cent is Singapore.)

If someone has that kind of Money they would be looking for capital appreciation, once you get over $500K US its extremely serious money and anyone investing that kind of cash would expect a significant return on invest, If you were to invested $1 M in a condo project in Singapore in 2015 today in less then 10 years my. money would nearly double, so if someone were to invest $8 M in Bangkok can they expect even a 50% appreciation over 10 to 15 years?

But its sad, there when you buy a apparment for 8 Mio. Euro, you dont have a balcony and/or a rooftop pool.
Thecowner realized the balconies also meant neighbours could look into your home, which with this condo is not the case.
