Failed last year but I'm ready to try again and I accidentally found your channel. Your explanations are much simpler. I think they will help me to pass this year since I'm understanding some things better. Thank you.
A lil trick, you can figure out which side is hyp by watching the right angle. The square that forms when you show it is a 90 °, the corner of the square points to the hpy always.
In the end, to remember better just say SOH-CAH-TOA (pronounced SO-CA-TOE-AH) SOH; sin(theta)= Opposite/Hypotenuse CAH; cos(theta) = Adjacent/Hypotenuse TOA; tan(theta) = Opposite/Adjacent To find theta, we just use the inverse of the function. Eg. For Tan.. to find the angle (theta) we use theta = tan-inverse(Opposite/Adjacent) AND Hypotenuse² = Opposite² + Adjacent² Hypotenuse = √(opposite² + adjacent²)
Sir good night. At 6:32 why is the opposite 1, is that a mistake because I know one is the adjacent and x would be the opposite. So we'd use CAH or TOA not SOH.?????
funny. check out kerwinSpringer previous video on procrastination. maybe that could help along with start practicing. math is more tricky now than before.
It’s not that I had been procrastinating , is that I been revising other subjects other than maths , I’m not really interesting in maths as a subject it’s boring for me ,and because of that , I do bad in it
I have a question, I don't k ow if it's been ask already but in the triangle there are two angles the 90 degree and the angle that they give. Is there any case where they use the right angle, which line or side would be opposite or adjacent.
Lol interesting question. Short answer. No. Another angle other than the right angle must be used. Just knowing the length of one side and no other angles but the right angle is not enough to define a triangle. Too little information.
You help me got a 1 last year in Math
I literally came on here to give your video a like, still a subscriber, you're Awesome!👍👌
Thanks... what are you doing now?
@@KerwinSpringer I am at Montego Bay Community College now. I did College Math last semester and this semester I am doing Discrete Math.

Isn't the formulas for soh cah toa given in the formula sheet for cxc?
Sir I'm having a little trouble finding the unknown angle when I only have 1 known side. It's confusing to me. I'm writing exams in May/June
Sir u put adjacent over opposite instead of opposite over adjacent for the last one
Hey am having problem with time spend doing a question. what can i do to improve my time? Cause i literally take long....
Sir can u please help me with trigonometric identities .
Sir you is a boss, you have to write backwards
Sir good night. At 6:32 why is the opposite 1, is that a mistake because I know one is the adjacent and x would be the opposite. So we'd use CAH or TOA not SOH.?????
Amen
Good Morning Sir, can u send a link for past papers?
Just search it on Google. So many sites
Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't X suppose to be the square root of 1 and not just 1
I haven’t started studying maths yet and I have exams in May/June , Sir do you know what will be coming for the exam , would it be just like man ?
