@@ELJefeReviews How about the base/wheels? That's my most concerning thing, I bought a $300 plus gaming chair from corsair specifically meant for my weight, and it absolutely fell to pieces after 6 months. It's so hard to find a good chair for big guys that actually hold up
Like I said, I haven't had to repair or replace a single thing on this chair and I've used it daily since December 2018.
i have around 5 years a gt omega chair im 140Kg an i have many many hours sit in it i think its around 10k hours and he is done but i was so happy with it i ordered a new one. gt omega pro xl is best for a decent amount of money.

Yep I know how you feel I got a “gaming chair” for my hubby ...it doesn’t go back and it’s not too comfortable. I payed 130$ at the end I kept it. My husband ended up getting chair he wanted which was over$400 maxnomic it’s so freaking comforting and I feel so safe on it.

I've been using this char for about 6 months now and it's still good as new. No squeaks, tears, or any noticeable problems. This thing is built like a tank.

I'm looking for a chair I'm 6ft5 300bs myself but with a bad back, would you still recommend this chair for few hours of use at a time?
This is not an ergonomic chair by any means. It's great for big people and would fit you well. But there is very little back support. You would need to find your own lumbar support.

Im 415lbs i was in severe car accident. I break every chair i get. I cant afford a 300 dollar chair, but i have the same issues you have where the chairs break by the wheels. Im trying to find a chair that will support my weight thats not to expensive.
Finding a used chair or a non-gaming chair is going to be your best bet to be completely honest. Especially for a guy your size and with your tighter budget.

Hows the chair holding up? Im 6'1" 250 looking for a new chair. Im a streamer and in my chair sometimes up to over 12 hours. Got a slight lower back issue as well
The chair is holding up great. I'm literally sitting in it as I type this. No issues with fabrics, material, or workmanship as of yet.
That said, this chair is not ergonomic nor is it meant for people with back issues. You can add a lumbar support pillow and things of that nature if you need to.

Agreed. This one does great for me. For long sessions (5+ hours) I will grab a gel pad so I don’t get sore.

Agreed. 3 years later and still in excellent condition. The only thing that has worn us the padding for the seat itself. 3 years of daily use will do that so I'm definitely not complaining.

Absolutely. Watch any of my newer videos and you will still see me sitting in it. I pretty much live in this chair at this point since I'm under a shelter in place order since 3/15/20. No squeaks, tears, rips, or any other quality issues. Not bad for 16 months use.

All I do is give it a weekly wipe down with soap and warm water and it was stayed good as new. No rips, tears, squeaks, or other defects.

@@bradleymiller9809Mostly yes. The XL is wide enough for almost anyone under 400 lbs. But the height can be an issue. Im 6' tall and I sit in the chair at the lowest setting. If you are shorter than 6' your feet will dangle.
How has it help up over the year?
Still going great! Still using it every day. No rips, tears, and nothing has broken. Next month it will be 2 years.

This chair. As far as I can tell this is the only one rated this high for both height and weight. Most others only get to 275 or 300lbs. I have 6 months on this chair now and it's still solid as the first day.

Secretlab Titan Evo XL is supposed to be good for up to 395. Above that you might have to spend more and look into options from Steelcase or Herman Miller.
1 year review, how are the arms, padding etc. holding up? also "worked something out" with the company sounds like your being paid in some way to give only positive reviews. we need someone to be real with us. We do appreciate the work but we know nothing is perfect, what are the cons?
1. The chair is holding up great. I'm literally sitting in it as I type this. No issues with fabrics, material, or workmanship as of yet.
2. Why would GTOmega pay me? These companies pay people with massive audiences. I'm talking 100K+ subs and followers here. I do not qualify as such. Even less so in December of 2018. They sent this chair when I was at 5K subs because my old chair broke and a friend, Jon Prosser (Front Page Tech), asked them to send me one as a favor. They sent this to me with no promise of any kind of return on investment. So no, they didn't pay me. Up to you to decide what you want to believe.
3. If I had to give any sort of constructive criticism it would be that the chair can get pretty hot in the summer. I wish there would have been a cloth material option. I also wish the armrests would go an inch or 2 higher. I mitigated this last wish by picking up a set of padded armrest cushions for $20.
