@@sean3278 I love it. One of the decisions I made. I hate the feeling like I'm sitting on my knees so I ordered a foot stool which also helps when you want to put your feet up. The recliner & tilt features are awesome. Lastly, as someone who suffers from lower back pain(injury, height, & weight) the massage pillow is a God send!

They seem to be really new into the chair business but the quality is really good. It's 4.8 stars on Amazon rn. Most other chairs are at 3.9-4.2.

My first impression was that this was a little strange that it was the only video that I could find as a review for this chair. However, for the price and how it performs, you cannot get a better chair. It's a solid chair and is very comfortable. I'm 6'1" and 250lbs, my feeling is that the way I perform will be a lot better in this chair. And the extra discount came in extra handy. The chair came in about 2 weeks due to the COVID19. I don't have the snapping sounds of the arm rests. They are sturdy and solid. It does have a bit of an odor, but it's not too bad. I would highly recommend this chair for sure!
I am also 6'1 and 250lbs. I don't think of myself as being big or tall, but most of the reviews I find are guys 100lbs lighter and about 5'8". I love this chair.

Heads up on this chair guys: I'm a good 150 lbs under the highest rated weight for this chair if not more and after 8 months I had problems with the knee-tilt seat plate mechanism. Basically the joint that's set at an angle like a "knee" collapsed in on itself so that the chair was leaned backwards at an extreme angle. I'm currently trying to contact Fantasy Lab to see if I can get a replacement part while the chair is under warranty, but even then what am I looking at? Another 8 months? I won't even be covered under warranty at that point. I bought this chair because I was looking for something that would give me a good 3-5 years before I had to start worrying about repairs but at the moment I'm not feeling so great about my investment.

Hey Wild...thanks for addressing this. As a big and tall guy, it is hard to find a chair that is designed to handle my weight. It is nice to see that someone is looking at this. That being said, here are some issues that I see aren't addressed. The first is gaming chairs just aren't comfortable, they aren't designed well. I have had better luck with mid to upper-tier office chairs. They are made better and are designed with comfort in mind. No, you don't get flashy color schemes or some other features, but you can find a more comfortable chair than what most gaming chairs offer. The next issue is buying a chair, in this case, a chair this is almost $300 without at least testing it out. Comfort is utmost to me because as a streamer and content creator, I am at my desk A LOT. I would NEVER buy a $300 chair without trying it out first. That is another issue with most gaming chairs, you have to buy them sight unseen from a website. I would encourage anyone looking for a decent quality chair to find a retailer nearby and go test them out.

I just want an oversized chair
I just got this chair today. Took me all of 15 minutes to put it together. It is amazingly comfortable. I am 320 pounds and it holds my weight without any problems. Now I have only had this for a day so I can't say how it will hold up but from how it feels its every bit as premium feeling if not more so than my friend's Dxracer king series that has held up for 3 years now. And that was almost double the price.

hello. I got a Fantasy Lab Big and tall 400lb. Step down from yours. i am 6"1" 300lbs. Smell comes from memory foam. I have 3" wheels coming. $250 with tax... love it..worth it.

These chairs are for medium large people. I'm large large. 6'9" weighing at 405. The cushion supports where your thighs go ware out after about 6 months and the metal starts digging into your thunder thighs. It was comfy when I first bought it. I'd like to have something that lasts. Customer service is also Horrid. I sent them an email detailing everything that went wrong with the chair and that warranty service is a joke. (Remember this comment is for bigger and taller folk). My best option would be get an executive office chair or if money isn't an issue. I just bought a la z boi and put Wheels on the bottom so it rolls.

Have you found a chair that works for you? I'm not as tall, only 6', but only like 50lbs lighter, I don't want a gaming chair, I want a chair for long hours, it's such a bad market I might end up in a recliner rather than an office chair. Durability is the major factor, I've been using a 80s hotel chair for decades and have been thru so many chairs in between but it's the most durable of office style chairs I've had. though it's not comfortable anymore.
there is just 1 issue with gaming chair industry and that is "having actual and adjustable lumbar support", instead of that shitty mushy pillows, its so frustrating they cnt fix just this 1 issue -_-
I've returned 3 chairs, 3 different styles, in the past month. It's really hard to find a decent chair, even when you're paying a lot.

The SecretLab chairs have the exact "shaky" armrests. I think one company is making the same "4D" armrests for all kind of chair companies.

I bought a Secretlab Titan based on all the good reviews online and was pretty disappointed. So now I'm very weary of purchasing a chair without trying it first.

Where the bottom half of the chair connects to the level. The welds break and no longer supports the back of the chair. The cylinder went so its just stuck at the highest position. I am 6.2 270 my wife is 5.2 160 so we are lower than what the weight limit is.

I'm 298 6 ft. No way this is for a 400lbs person. The side have metal or wood that sticks into my legs. After a hour my legs hurt bad. I contact their support. They just suggested a blanket. I used an extra padding, and it still hurts. They won't allow me to exchange the chair. I have to send it back and get a refund. Then buy another one. I guess that's the process you go through for not going to a name brand. :(

Those arm rests look like they don't go up that far which is a big downside for me.
I forget the travel on them - But maybe about 3 to 4 inches
My killab chair had all the wheels fall out and break. Im 100lbs lighter than what its rated for. When I emailed them they said there was nothing they could do since it was out of warranty didnt offer to sell me replacement parts and didnt email back after that. Horrible company do not reccomend.
