What a character! For once someone of means who actually knows she’s living her best life. She’s not feelin’ guilty/stingy/miserable/uptight. As the video played I felt her joy, and my mood lifted several clicks.

Wonderful visit with a perfect hostess! I enjoyed all of her art , but the Dale Chihuly pieces made me feel right at home. When I lived in Seattle, I learned how to make blown glass in the studio of Chihuly's teacher. What a thrill it was to see Tina and her appreciation of nature, her gorgeous garden, and of course, the breathtaking views! Love. Love. Love.

To your credit Alison, I most likely would not have watched this to the end had it not been a Homeworthy tour because my life experience is so far removed from Tina's. However, I was able to take away a lot more from this video than I would have had you just shown a quick 10-12 minute video of the home(s) only. I think the fact that your home tours are longer, we get a chance to get a more complete understanding of the person and find that there are things we can relate to that at a more cursory glance we may dismiss. For instance, had you focused only on the home and decor, we would never have known what a horticulturist and and amazing chef Tina obviously is. She sounded almost like a chemist in speaking about her herbs and honey and all that ...it's beyond me so I admire people that have that connection and understanding. I felt like that is her true passion and it made me connect with her in a way that I wouldn't have just viewing the home of an obviously very wealthy white woman. In other words, keep doing your thing. You NEVER disappoint!

Tina Pyne is so much fun; she's truly a delight. Her tour was exciting and quite humorous. Her property is magnificent and she had so many fun stories. I could listen to her all day!
What I loved most is how she utilizes her kitchen to suit herself…..no matter what others may think or say! That tells me she is extremely confident with herself! KUDOS for creating a beautiful family estate home on an exceptional piece of property!

What a fantastic property! The homeowners have created a little bit of Heaven for themselves. Love how the furnishings are comfortable for guests but take a back seat to the art. And that art! Such an amazing collection. As a Southern girl, I so appreciate the hospitality and humor shown by the homeowner.

I love watching House tours from my home state of Maine. I usually see an art objects that I know I can't live without. So in this episode I saw the auction vase with the tree in it. I have just the place for it in my office beside my library. I will try to find the vase that doesn't weigh more than I do, and of course not as expensive as this one looks. Then I was thinking of a big piece of drift wood to put in it.
I love walking the coast of Maine in Cape Elizabeth where I've found a few pieces of driftwood. Perhaps this summer, 2023, will be my lucky year.
