Yessssssss! Make a nuclear fusor please, and make a custom mirror! If you don't know what I'm talking about, try looking up homeade nuclear fusor, basically the high voltage vaporizes aluminum, than sticks to a
Piece of glass, creating a mirror.
      It's really cool :)

I don’t think that’s how the osscilation works. The inductor discharges in the same direction and charges the capacitor to the opposite polarity. Then the capacitor discharges in the opposite direction.

really didn't expect that a fucking selfwound adjustable inductor and a diode are enough to build a somewhat functional AM radio.
Shows that often you just need to be creative to get something to work. Great vidjeo!

I have experimented with radio for over fifty years, and hold every Commercial and Amateur Radio license. Really. All of them. This in No Way means that I am "smart"... THAT being said, what it DOES mean is that I have seen (I should say suffered through!) MANY a presentation on Radio Theory. Which is usually done, badly. Very badly. And when NOT done correctly, that's pretty much "it" for most people, and they miss out on EVERY successive step in the learning process, which is just sad. Setting equations aside, an almost impossible task, GIVEN the task, that is the BEST explanation of LC Resonance/AM transmission for the newcomer that I have ever had the pleasure to see. You've done all that, and made it entertaining! Well Done, Sir!
    73 and All the Best,
    William Pietschman (W8LV)

    • @Jimwill01

He took a short-cut, but he told us about it. The radio was grounded through the amplifier.

    • @SadamFlu

the crystal set radio I constructed as a child used the same piezoelectric ear piece setup as he did, but I also had to ground the whole circuit to earth using a rod stuck in the dirt...

The concept is very well explained in a simple and easy to understand way, liked!
Suggestion: 50000W 12V DC to 220V AC inverter? Most houses consume this much power (my math might be off) and there're no inverter powerful enough to power a house. Or a 50000W DC to DC regulartor (stable constant output voltage) for a solar panels system. Or a power meter that can measure atleast 50000W

    • @baqcasanke
      @baqcasanke 6 лет назад

redstone craft guy dude a 12v inverter for 50,000watts would need 4,166 amps!!! Which would require cable as thick as your body.
Also houses do NOT use 50,000wats you don't get it.
They may use 50,000watt/HOURS per day but def not 50,000watts of power,

I can tell because of the top and bottom layers are "spiraled" instead of a zigzag, which I personally prefer. You can change that by clicking on the little gear in the top right of the "shell" section (if you slice using custom mode) and change it from "concentric" to "zigzag". this will make your models more flat and tolerant. BTW I have a tevo tornado too :)
