@JKSmith-qs2ii yeah bandai namco also did another great port the other week with Ace Combat 7 which also featured the whole game and dlc on the cart. And I'm happy it's the same case here it just helps with future proofing the game. I hope you enjoy it :) Thank you for watching

Looks like the dlc is on the cartridge. I’m happy I waited to get a more complete version of this game.
