- We are moving on with the upgrades to the golf cart and today we are installing the GTW Mach 3 Rear folding seat on the Club Car DS. Pretty easy install and a must have. The bed part is very useful for many things. We are on to the HD springs in the next video. Check it out.

Question on the acorn nut and cntrsink bolt. The acorn nut doesn’t tighten down due to bolt being longer than nut can tighten. Am I missing a bushing or spacer? What am I missing here? Thanks for the video. A great assembly guide.
There is no bushing or spacer, Just the washer. You could potentially have a longer bolt than what is required. You could cut it down if needed.

Will the foot step portion of this kit being plastic cause any issues like bending or flexing for heavier passengers you think or is there a metal frame under the plastic portions besides the side metal brackets?
I guess it depends on the size of the person, but we have never had an issue with it. We have had people at about 250 step on a corner and it didn't have an issue.

Thanks for the detailed video. The quality of the GTW looks great especially the foot rest. Was this steel or aluminium?
Yes it seems pretty nice. It is made out of a strong molded plastic.
Did the seat come with the roof supports or were they extra ?
It did come with the roof supports.
