Nice setup. I'll give you a tip not just to help for your visuals but also to help with your acoustics as well! Hang or staple some black Velvet material by the side of the huge screen! It'll help with the reflections from the screen and plus help dampen those sound waves.
Firstly, great looking space. Your description says 5.1 Dolby Atmos/DTS X, but I only see 5 speakers. Do you have in ceiling Atmos speakers? Also, your rears should be on the side for 5 channels and slightly above ear level (bed level). Rear speakers are for at least 7 channels.
I know your AVR Crossover settings for you subwoofer is in 100Hz (watching your previous video) but what is your settings at the back of your subwoofer? Volume? Gain/crossover?
@@richieace5492you need to do a lot more tweaking if your sub gain is at 3/4. Granted I have two subs, but they are Klipsch R12SW’s, and I have the gain set at less than 1/4 and can shake things at the far end of my house. Placement is key, even more so than room acoustics.
@@richieace5492 why don't you use some plasterboard coving to help hide the Atmos speaker cables. (Neat and tidy without going into the attic) You might be able to see it from the short 3 minute video I posted, which just happens to talk about getting ones room sounding quiet... ruclips.net/video/wwU0d3NfRQw/видео.html
Using klipsch in wall reference speakers was a mistake. People will call me a Klipsch snob, but the full RP bookshelf setup I have blows this setup out of the water.
Very good bass but one question, why are the side surrounds not on the side
Thanks 😎. I’m using them as rear surround speakers

That’s a great idea. I’ve had people suggest painting black on the side walls but adding acoustic treatment is also a good idea

Thanks. Yes I have a 5.1 system. I still need to add the ceiling speakers for the true feel of Dolby Atmos sound
Nice system bro

I have the Crossover at 120 HZ and the Gain is about 3/4 volume. I’m still tweaking looking for the sweet spot 😎
