I made it twice already. First try was for my daughter's friend's birthday..she brought it to school and everyone loved it👏 second try was today, instead of using regular sugar I substituted it with granulated zero calorie sugar and it turned out soooo good. Me and my husband loved it very much. Thanks ❤️

This was 100% the best cake I ever made. My entire family said this is the only chocolate cake I am allowed to make. Even those who don't like chocolate cake ate it. I did add 2 eggs, espresso powder and exchanged half the sugar for brown sugar, plus a 1/4 cup less of sugar to make it a bit less sweet. I wouldn't remove too much as it wasn't sweet to begin with. Thanks for this great recipe. Just wondering if we can use this same recipe for cupcakes or if there needs to be changes? Thanks

I did it and omg this cake was so soft and fluffy really good. But i make a few changes instead of dark cocoa which i didn’t have i used chocolate nesquik. I also added 2 eggs. And at the end i made a mistake and instead of 1 tsp baking powder i add 2tsp. I was scared 😂 but it came out just perfect. Will do it again my kids love it 😍

Hi. The description has been updated. I used to put only 1 1/2 tsp vinegar when I first created the recipe but I did some changes. You can use both measurements. No harm 😊
I’ve tried this cake and mine was very moist and broke apart, think it may need a bit longer than 35 mins , could hardy cut the tops off being too soft . I must say, I did use Rapeseed oil maybe this is too thick, I will try again, but this time longer in oven and use vegetable oil , otherwise it is so so delicious 😋
Looks really good,but I don't care for removing the tops from the cakes, also don't care for cake crumbs in the filling, ganache looks really good also going to try it ,looks really great.

I have one concern though the temperature you use that is 135 degree Celsius for 35 mins .. but my cake does not bake at 135 degrees And i also increase the time Any suggestions why does that happen? Although i baked 3 times using your recipe..but i had to increase the time as well as temperature.
I think that ovens are not the same. Just use whatever is suitable for your oven. Most bakers use 160 degrees. It won’t work for my oven. Also please make sure that oven is preheated for 15 minutes. I hope this will help. 😊
@@Lovelyrimmi1238 hi. I haven’t done this before but I wouldn’t recommend this as the lemon has a strong flavor and it may affect the taste of your chocolate cake but if a bit of citrusy taste in your chocolate cake won’t bother, you can always give it a try. 😊
It will incorporate all the ingredients better thus making sure all portions of the cake is balance and no lumps. It lessens bubbles too. These are my observations only.

You can try to add 1 and 1/4 cups of sugar at the least. I tried it before so I could achieve a bitter sweet taste and it was still amazing! 😊
