if you have so much sophisticated wood-working tools and you hold the capacity to purchase such heavy tools, then what is the need to make homemade tools rather then buying it? How an ordinary people, who doesn't have such heavy tools, can make such clamps using ordinary tools?
awesome, clamps and workshop, but kind of analogous to elon musk showing us how to make a home made electric car at his tesla factory, or Samsung showing how to make semiconductor chips in their state of the art semiconductor plant.
For me that's a factory made and even better than that, nothing shown here is "home made" outside the crosscut sled he used on his very factory style table saw.
Hijo le debo interrumpir el video, voy corriendo a conseguirme un torno, una fresadora y ya encarrerado un router cnc para poder ahorrar en hacer unas prensitas "homemade"
I am very interested in your CNC clamping system. Did you make it? I have a 48" x 48" CNC i would love to add that to. Is the Vacuum on your CNC something you designed?
There are no drawings available, only the information in the commends section: Aluminum bar dimensions 30mm x 20mm x2mm length 100cm or better 120cm and M14 for the spindle.
Theiss, you are far advanced in skill sets and well beyond most You Tubers. I have read a few short sided comments that you should simply forget! I am already planning a few of your ideas. Do you have any plans on some HDPE Projects or HDPE/Wood hybrids ? I have watched all of your videos now and love each. Your engineering design is in another universe. Your CNC is simply a dream machine. Just keep on doin it _ and THANKS ! //ji
Beautiful looking clamps indeed, but for those of us who haven't got a gazillion pound workshop to make our own clamps there's Besseys. I'd have thought a gazillion pound workshop like this would most definitely have dozens of KR Revos in many sizes, because as we all know you can never have too many clamps. And you need really good reliable ones. So buy Besseys.
A commentary or explanation of what you did would have been nice!!
I think you left out a few steps.
They look better than store bought!
this is not homemade, its workshop made... nice video by dway

The best, too bad I don't have the tools.
Awesome clamps Theiss. I made some bar clamps too, checkout my channel for the videos.

Festool and a cnc machine? Clamps is what you decided to be cheap about? lol
Making homemade clamps .....when you've got 5 - 10,000 dollars in shop equipment ?
Sure dude.
Stunning - nothing you can't build with this machine. Makes the rest of us cry - //ji
This is for those who have all that machinery, which is few
Homemade?
are you kidding me? there is a factory
Homemade ???
The Best ! Making stopper on the bottom, this idea never cross my mind before :)
These are very nice clamps. Thanks for sharing your idea's.
great job but if you are sporting Festool you could just buy factory made
For me that's a factory made and even better than that, nothing shown here is "home made" outside the crosscut sled he used on his very factory style table saw.
Thanks for sharing. Great alternative idea for the locking section.
как с магазина! хорошо получилось!
Thanks for sharing .

Do you have some project ?
Echt schöne Projekte. Gleich mal ein Abo dalassen, damit ich später weiterstöbern kann. (Really nice projects. Subscribed!)
Great video, Theiss! For those who are complaining about the lack of detailed information and instructions, this is not the video for you.
