This is a great fusion of Colin Quinn’s one man shows and Colin doing crowd work with one guy who’s just feeding him stories and Col gets to riff off them
I've heard CQ hates podcasts but this is obviously way better and a reason to WATCH on youtube lol! Love it! can't believe no other comic has thought to do it
Seriously, to pile on the love here RUclips team Colin... MORE OF THIS!!! I live on 7th st... watching this a 2nd time. Tremendous NYC content... all of them, but this one is personal! I started in Yorkville and ended up in the East Village, the historical reverse commute. Thanks for this Colin and literally MORE
I’m from Australia, I’ve always been fascinated with New York. This series brings the city to life like no other. Memories and reminiscing is a powerful drug. Please do more
This is some of the best work I’ve ever seen from Colin Quinn thanks for making these! It’s like being in a diner in NYC but the people aren’t completely crazy.
Omg this was one of the best videos I’ve seen in a long time. Sergio always shines and to pair him with Quinn in their old neighborhood from their similar perspectives was like seeing jazz music come to life . Sounds like an odd couple but it’s really generations of the same person coming together to connect history . Wow I’m astonished how well this come together. I feel like there’s not a lot of combinations that could do this so well .
Another home run in the Block by Block with Colin Quinn series... I could watch these forever.. A testament to the brilliant simplicity of the series' formula.
Omg Coli! Thanks so much for creating this! I am a nyer in California unfortunately and Im staoked to relive the streets with you and these amazing people. Absolutely love this underground history ❤❤❤❤
These Walks are great. As someone who has never been to New York it's great to see the city like this and not just the stuff in the films. Also listening to Colin talk about NY in the 70s and 80s is really interesting. Living Legend 👍👏
Love going to New York and watching videos of people there, however these are brilliantly real. Love them. Please keep these going. Have been checking to see a new one since the last one!
I don't think anyone else is doing a series like this. Every eppisode I've heard so far has been entertaining and interesting. Hope you keep on doing it. 🔥
I Love Colin Quinn!! He is quintessentially funny and New York City. He was my favorite on MTV. He is my sarcasm role model. ❤️🤗 Enjoy the history talks too!
Love these keep em coming! Really an infinite amount of possibilities with guests and neighborhood’s. Even the same neighborhood with different guests could yield totally different perspectives!
This series is an absolute treat Col, think you've stumbled onto something here. Edit: I used to live on the 2nd floor, 7th & Avenue C above the famous 'Sunburnt Cow' [Awesome Aussie bar, now departed] in 2007. What a year.
Shout out from Winnipeg MB Canada! When you coming to Winnipeg? Ty for wearing clip on mics lol. This is entertaining and informative. Plus, fellas being fellas is freeing.
I always thought Baruch Houses was pronounced "buh-ROO-ck" (and still think it is) but some guy I work with also grew up there and he says it the same way as Sergio "buh-rootch" -- never heard that anywhere else!
This is a wonderful show! Y'all are painting such a beautiful picture of 'place' - one of the best feelings of being human. Colin, you were a '6.5' at the most at 22 years old - nobody would buy the calendar.
Chazz Palminteri's recent Block 2 Block brought me here. Colin this is a great idea , if you get one of these once a month- crazy logistics I know. These are great. Get Louie CK to tell his NY story or roll up to Boston & tell his origin story in comedy. Keep it up !

2 of the realest newyorkers going for a walk is MOMA-worthy

This is a great series but it will be incomplete until Joey Mothafuckin Diaz steps on the scene 😆👍💨
