When I think our world is falling apart, I can watch one of your videos and know humanity exists. Keep it up.
The easiest way to feel motivated to improve your fitness level is by beginning your day with a full tummy. Honestly, the walking alone at a decent pace would probably take care of any minor weight issues. But for anyone who sits a lot, like a Truck Driver, you really need to work on keeping your legs strong. Leg strength also plays a role in your balance and coordination, and as you get older, fall prevention. Strong leg muscles, also help your leg veins and arteries to supply and return blood back up to your heart.

Best way to lose weight is no bread no sugar and plenty of water
don't forget the inside windscreen, I used a turtle wax glass clean foam and a squeegee once and the entire windscreen just disappeared! I'm allergic to cloudy windows now 😅

I think it was on this vlog that you mentioned not taking the 294… I go through the area often, what I do is take I-290 to I-355, then to I-80. I-355 is a lot nicer, wider road with less construction and less congestion. Just FYI! I love your Vlogs…I drive for Bison out of Winnipeg, so I can very much relate. It’s comforting to see how another driver from Winnipeg deals with often the same scenarios I deal with!👌👍

Hauppauge is on Long Island, you probably we're already there by the time of this vlog, I enjoy you vlog's, I used to run out that way when I first got my CDL, I wound up switching to bus driving NJT, did that for 25 years and had to retire. Stay safe, and always watch out for crazy drivers, and keep the Vlog's coming.

I was hauling down the 101 in Nova Scotia this morning. A blue w900 with a flat bed load went by. Was that you Trucker Josh?

Depends what you hauling in Hopper bottom like corn that go for corn chips or anything that going for food grade you get a wash out before you can haul it .
I definitely avoid downtown. The traffic and construction is insane!!! 39 to 80 is the way to go.

I make the trip often enough, as a 4-wheeler, that I bought myself an EZ-Pass and follow I-90 to I-294. I usually try to time my trips to hit after 7pm, which generally gets me around Chicago in a timely manner. I've done I-39 to I-80, but it adds another hour to the drive and by the time I pay for the extra gas it financially makes more sense to hit the tollway.
My friends and my Bro live there, outside the city. I used to do the same thing, go down 94 or 90....ever since they signed the skyway I-90, it's more of a mess. Not to mention the tolls, you by pass all of them. going down 39. When I drive there I use 294 to 290 to 90, going west towards Elgin.
How Does the System Work?
The system generator is connected to your main vehicle battery and connected to a number of pads or couplers around the vehicle.
The generator draws a tiny current of around 20 milliamps that won’t flatten your battery.
The Technology Behind ERPS
From here, the generator increases the voltage and transfers this to the couplers around your vehicle.
The couplers work on our patented capacitive coupling technology and distributes this charge around the vehicle body. The coupler becomes positively charged, in turn polarizing the vehicle with a negative charge
The roads are excellent for this trip. Old Blue looks so good clean.

Love your truck brother! I used to have the C15 twin turbo in my 2006 peterbilt. MXS series, I got a performance tune done with the top end at the same time, my mpg went up by 1.5-2.5 mpg. You go from 550hp to 625hp. Motor runs a lot smoother and in the summer time in Ontario I have even hit 7.5 mpg. Just thought I'd let you in on the secret.

I’m a regular on that route. If I’m not bound by time I run the 39 down to the 80 but the 80 around Joliet is rough. If I’m pressed I take the 294 from Hampshire to south holland and then pick up the 80
Hi Josh... Just wondering - is your GPS in your truck a special one that has most truck stops preloaded as a "point of interest"/truck stop? Or do you have to enter all all of them in? And as far as your destinations, do you put those in as well (the detail seems quite precise) or do the load gods back in Canada take care of that? I've been watching you for at least a couple of years and have never seen you put in any destination for Karen. Love your channel! Safe travels!

Hauppauge, I used to live 20 minutes away from there. That's in long Island! There's no where safe to park the rig there. Don't park at the rest area on i495 they will tow you.

Josh, have you ever heard about intermittent fasting? It is a simple way for your body to "burn" what's already in your body, recycle everything in it, and cleanse you right out, leaving you with real weight loss results, a detoxicated system, and tons more energy. There are so many other benefits if you can do it properly and "stick" with it until your goals are met.
It really does work, and it changes your entire life. I really mean it since it completely changed my life and outlook on my body.
