    Good presentation. Explaining advantages of Mindfulness to attract people to Meditate. The pre-requisite, foundation for Mindfulness is Morality and as they practice Mindfulness, their mind becomes purer and purer and becomes much better Humans.

    The bottom line is that companies will adopt this training just to make more $$$. Too bad. When will benefit to humanity be done just for its own sake. Always the measure of dollars.

      Guess what ... even in companies where that's true ... the employees still benefit. So it's a bigger picture view with the following dots connected ... greater employee wellbeing leads to increased and enhanced engagement at work, which leads to improved financial performance for the business. What's good for people is good for the organization and business. I used to be hung up on what you're hung up on. But I eventually understood that as long as the program is good and people are benefitting, and some of them are even drawn more deeply into exploration of mindfulness and Dharma ... what's the problem?
