Its one of the cheapest. I remember having to urgently travel from Jharsuguda to Kolkata.. while Spice jet and all were showing 15-20k for the flight in same evening, Alliance Air showed 3k. It got delayed by around 30-45 min and experience was similar.. but worth the price!!
For the knowledge... alliance air is only government airline operating now in india under udaan scheme to provide regional connectivity through small 72 searer ATR aircraft... This is why fares are also kept cheaper compare to other airlines... coming on delay its very common now a days flight gets delayed in every airline bcoz of weather and many other conditions...if you want best service than pay high and get into other big airlines 🙂

Alliance Air specializes in connecting small airports. They have to save costs to do this. Almost all airlines use check in staff at gate. Water Bottle is not even provided by Indigo.
I also faced not good experience in Alliance airlines.Aftet entering into aircraft they hadn't switch on the AC for few minutes.It was suffocating. Generally internal ac system should be opened before passengers are about to enter.
Ask small town travelers who use alliance air... it's a blessing for them as indigo. AirAsia and other big flights cannot land and only small aircraft like alliance air can provide service. Example Rourkela airport.. it's a blessing for the people of rourkela and near by villages who can easily avail the service in case of emergency.
Well I recently travelled in alliance air I would say that the experience was pretty good. And for those who think that flight delay occurs for crews that's not the accrual thing it happens for the flight before or after that scheduled time.... and my experience was very nice as per the money 😁

Me army me job karta hun, hame kai baar bilkul zero time par flight karni hoti hai, janha dusri airlines delhi to indore ka 13k-15k charge kar rahi thi wanhi allianceair ne mujhe 2.8k me ghar pahuchaya tha, Isliye agar aapko achi service chahiye toh thoda extra pay kijiye mam.
I traveled from Delhi to shimla in alliance air. My father had difficulty walking, So the staff provided me with an assistant and a wheelchair at the main gate of the terminal, he guided us at every step and was with us until we boarded the flight. At shimla airport, they informed the staff prior to our arrival.
To those who are commenting on "itne paise mein itna hi milega" comment, please note that she is not traveling in any local bus or sleeper class in train. She must have paid a good amount for the tickets and she has all right to ask for minimum service from the aircraft staff.

I had the same issue. They forced me to cancel the ticket by delaying the flight again and again before the day of the journey. Gov should ban this airline.
This airline always start late but if u get late even for 15 mins, they shoo u out with no sense of respect. This happened to my sister..she reached about 45 mins before departure along with many others who came 55- 30 mins prior..but they literally with utter disrespect, prohibited us from boarding n when we questioned them on how they are always late n yet we nvr complain and we weren't even tht much late, they didn't care at all and SHOOED us practically. I m pissed off so much. I learned my lesson tht there is no such thing as free or cheap lunch in this world 🌎🌎🌎🌎🌎🌎🌎

Actually alliance air wasn’t responsible for this, what happened was that the pilot had gotten injured so he couldn’t attend the flight and it took time for them to call a second pilot, so don’t hate.

Happened with me when I took in Delhi. Since then I check which aircraft type is bein offered by airline. Also, space inside soo cramped up make you fill to take gym membership.😀😃😂
