I’m a 72 yo woman who was diagnose with H Pylori back in May 2022, took antibiotics, tested again after 1 month of finishing the medication and test came back positive, took medication again, waited and I also had an endoscopy and H Pylori still present. The Gastroenterologist sent me to a Infectious Disease specialist. He recommended to be tested again and asked for my prior antibiotics thinking that perhaps I’m resistant to them and prescribed something different. The last test was done January 10, 2023 and test came back positive. My primary Doctor sent results and list of antibiotics previously taken to the ID Doctor and I’m waiting for his response.
I also want to add that I have been watching what I eat especially carbs and sugar which the bacteria likes and I have added probiotics, berries and fermented foods to my diet. I have lost wait and still have some discomfort in my stomach after eating.
What is left for me to do?

Vitamin C helps to some extent, try organic whole fruits (apples, oranges) instead of juices, cooked cabbage helps, take anti inflammatory foods - extra virgin olive oil, omega 3 fatty acids(avoid problematic foods ( no fried foods, high fat foods)), fast regularly, it helps the body to heal. Take only whole foods(if food comes from a plant, eat it, if food is made in a plant(chef made processed/packed foods), don't eat it). Hope you feel better soon.

I agree with everything @regenerate5459 says except the part about eating food just because it comes from a plant.
Some plant foods have anti-nutrients and even though some may be very nutritious, our bodies our not designed to extract them very well. There's a reason cows and other grazing animals have specialized stomachs. The era of veganism being touted as the "healthiest" diet is over.
I would personally go for a CLEAN carnivore diet. When I say clean .. I mean no antibiotics, no GMOs, no hormones, grass fed and pasture raised meats. Especially organ meats, which are hands down the most nutrient dense food on the planet.
More and more people are switching from plant to meat-based diets because the results are pretty dang drastic.
I would also mega dose on some diluted organic apple cider vinegar. I just did this the other day after feeling sluggish from binging on junk food all week and it gave me a kick that lasted nearly all weekend. It's a better source of probiotics compared to store-bought capsules and it will help re-acidify the stomach, hopefully helps in eliminating H Pylori.

Try a garlic clove. That helped me. Crush it and drink it with a smoothie juice

      I am a sufferer of H pylori
I am designing a protocol of fasting, to encourage the body mind and soul to heal as one of the debilitating symptoms of H pylori is depression with a feeling of doom
The natural antibiotics I take is golden seal , but ,be mindful of how you take it , I believe in being gradual when comes to any treatment as I will like to know what worked , bur in my case I felth a bit of relief from the stomach and bloating
I take a prebiotic supplement, because I believe in my case some plants has a bit of gas ,unless fermented
Another debilitating symptoms that I struggle with is memory loss and brain fog ,especially when I consume the wrong foods
I am trying to reconnect with my body and bring it back to balance
I include prayers and biblical fasting as the number one factor to heal ,
This is my small contribution, I have read all your helpful comments which I will take into consideration, this disease is dreadful ,
I feel that the medical organisation are tainted, because I was diagnosed by chance with al ulcer, one year later on youtube , I found out it was caused by a bacteria called H pylori and that it can cause stomach cancer
I was never told this , but I am resisting in taking a broad spectrum antibiotics, and I am trying golden seal with clean eating and apparently, trying a diverse types of salads on a daily basis is good as well as intermittent fasting
May God heal you in Jesus name 🙌

Hello, how could u eradicate it?

    • @reversefulfillment9189
      @reversefulfillment9189 6 месяцев назад

@Elnisk7 I took 2 different antibiotics for 3 weeks, then let the stomach heal with acid reduction. Thankfully, the problem has not returned and no ongoing prescriptions are needed. Good luck 👍

Did u incorporate any natural supporting foods?
Also, did u maintain diet or not?

@Elnisk7 I make oatmeal most mornings, hemp hearts, and banana nuts. Fruits vegetables, yogurt not too much meat. Definitely stay away from too many grease bombs but nothing too restricted or regimented. Less coffee, quit smoking, no booze. I'd suggest a satvik diet and ayervedic remedies as a place to look for remedies.
