hello... I've been on MM for 3.5 years... The first year I worked to remove all bad foods from my life... but for the last 2 years I'm at 100%... I'm happy about it ...but....I know that it is not possible for everyone to work with all tools, but I recommend the ones that I can....I have improved a lot...but my eyesight has really gotten worse...I had to prescribe stronger glasses ...😩 Do you have a problem with this please?...Does AW also talk about the eye protocol somewhere?...Thank you, thank you🙏
Hi Monica, thanks for sharing your journey. I'm so glad that your health is improving. I don't know what MM suggests about eyesight. But if yours is changing I definitely recommend discussing this with your doctor. I am not qualified to comment on eyesight beyond my own personal experience. I have not noticed any changes beyond what I'd expect for my age. ❤

Hi L, did you register for the live Zoom I did late January on symptoms? I sent that out to everyone in my newsletter community. That's something you can do most days to improve symptoms and calm the body. I'm planning to do some more EFT on the channel in the coming months, but not planning anymore recordings for the time being due to time constraints unfortunately.

What is TMJ?
Temporal mandibular joint. It's used to refer to issues with the jaw.
