Anita Haigh It's a very rare sight to see 2 Capriolos at the same fair in the UK, although I like Walter Murphy's 2Xtreme, I prefer Darren Mathews' Airmaxx because it's more intense.
Fairgroundking1 Yeah, but I've been wanting to go on a Capriolo for ages, and my chance finally came this year when Walter Murphy's 2Xtreme returned to Boston May Fair this year! :D
@@nekcookie4837 I had been wanting to go to Boston May Fair since I was 6 years old, but no one would take me there. When I moved to Boston in 2014, I finally got to do Boston May Fair after 12 years of wanting to go there, but I was so disappointed that Walter Murphy's 2Xtreme wasn't in the ride lineup, but I was so glad when it returned in 2018, but it hasn't returned to Boston May Fair since then. The ride seemed to be my iconic ride for Boston May Fair since 2010....
James Page's Funfairs Yes I do, because although Capriolos are common in many European countries, they're not very common in the UK, and this is the first time ever that both Capriolos are at the same fair in the UK.
Nikkiwitch But Walter Murphy's 2Xtreme is my iconic fairground ride for Boston May Fair though; been wanting to go on it since it first went there in 2010...
Whilst it does look really good, the ride cycle still looks NOTHING like the Capriolos they run in Germany, which literally flip you upside down whilst you're going at max speed at the bottom. Has to be at least -4G's!
Depends if Walter Jnr is running it he tends to release the car brakes at the bottom whereas Walter Snr releases them at the top and is more likely to flip upside down when it goes toward the ground again which is the best part.
Holy shit my fingertips are sweating just watching this 😂👀
Incredible video!! incredible ride!!!
I went on this with 3 other girls. On opening day. I loved it! 💗
When the gondola started tilting and flipping when I was riding this thing.... I felt like my neck would break lol 😂
This looks horrifying
I love it
We need one of these in Australia

@@fazeharry9875 pretty sure you cant ride it while you're 8
@@sambee8982 How is it more intense?
@@360coasters It's because it feels more boisterous and rough.
Was that another capriolo 8 in background
Yes, the other one was Darren Matthews Airmaxx.
@@sambee8982 two beautiful machines together

Do you know what the difference between the Mondial Capriolo 8 and the Mondial Capriolo 10 is?
Yes, the Capriolo 10 has a rotating feature above the fan, whereby the Capriolo 8 doesn't.
What’s higher. This or last years altitude?
I would say this ride. :)
There the same
