Awesome omelette. Have you every tried your favorite cheese in the eggs? It really brings the flavor over the top. I love omelettes. That's a good food choice for dinner as well. Sometimes I have it with a salad for dinner. Sometimes I add pepper jack or Colby cheese( my two favorite cheeses) and diced orange, red pepper and some onions. Delish!! I love small cooking gadgets because of the no fuss clean up. Now I'm craving an omelette. Another ra ra meal. Thanks Mz B. 🙂
