Hello from Pakistan dear. I was in Sweden and ran away from there in less than two months, if I were still there I could have their citizenship but I have zeroooooooo regret. My reasons were their overall environment, weather, reserved society, and I couldn't find any single person who seemed to be happy there, even they had everything in life. For me Sweden is one of the best and top of the worst countries in the world at the same time. People in Pakistan and India have same mentality, you better give your perspective genuinely regardless what people think or say. All the best.

Person number and back id both are different things. It takes average 3-4 weeks for person number. Then you need to get bank appointment for bankid and account which take months sometime. But 3-4 months are average for bankid.
Asutosh, one of my friend will be going to stockholm at the begining of next year. Can you tell me which locality in stockholm is compatitively safe to stay?
Solna , sundbyberg, bromma, there are many safe places. But you know what crime can happen anywhere. It happens even in most popular areas in Stockholm, if you are concerned about that. But few areas you need to avoid. I can talk about them
