Yes, I pack away my clothes by season as well. I love my sweaters and can’t wait to get them out. It’s like getting a whole new wardrobe when I switch out for the next season. Thankful that we live in an area with all four seasons.

Boy here in Amarillo we never need a layer over shirts unless air conditioning is too high.
I was born and raised in Amarillo and have been in Cayon for the last 30 years. I totally agree that we don't get to layer very often. I think the last time I layered was when my kids were in Marching Band and it wasn't even cute layering. My youngest graduated from HS 9 years ago.
27:45 I don't know what are the colors in reality, but here in video the skirt looks great with the blue shirt . It looks like a blooming meadow and above it a beautiful summer blue sky

Aw you're so lucky to live somewhere you can wear tshirts in the autumn 🍂. We have to be wrapped up tight & thick here in Northern Ireland. I don't like it, but c'est la vie.

Your comment about blue being more authentic really struck me. I realized that I feel the same. This knowledge will help me going forward, not buying things that do t feel authentic to me.

I always hated fall because living in NW Washington, I needed to start wearing heavy coats. I hated the weight and constriction. I felt like I was in a straight jacket. The solution was to move to Southern California, then Arizona.
I get this! I disliked winter on in Pennsylvania. I love the dry air and abundant sunshine in Colorado and Utah!
If you end up wanting to sell the fab striped wide sleeved top that is not in your color palette, it is def my color palette, and I’d buy it from you!

Hi Kirsten, love your channel. Would you consider making a video for cocktail attire? I find everything out there is either too frothy and frilly or very country club. My style is much like yours and while I do just fine with casual or smart casual , the cocktail attire really defeats me.

Also I loved that earth toned shirt you said you loved but you said you don't wear as much because it isn't blue...have you considered pairing it with turquoise jewelry? Blue near the face is very flattering, it will play off well with the colors on the shirt and it will be in keeping with the general spirit of the area you live in.
In this video you are wearing acute leopard belt.Also there is onehaning on the door. Can you tell me where you got them?
Leopard belts became part of my signature style several years ago. I look for them everywhere! The one I'm wearing is old Target - A New Day. I actually just purchased a replacement of this same belt on Poshmark this week! Target no longer carries it. The ones hanging (there are two) are thrifted. J. Crew and Gap usually have them also. Thanks for asking!
