I bought a bottle. Tried it twice on the same 3 records. They look clean enough when you peel it of, but did it deep clean my records and improve the sound. Nope, not one bit. I would say it made absolutely no difference whatsoever.
6:09 thank you for confirming Nat king Cole and Goerge Shearing record as your favorite.. that is my ultimate favorite record to play the voice the piano and strings and arrangement are the best really takes me away to a different world ..you all have to listen to it to understand the worth of this record he mention!!!! Wow
Most of my records have scratches over the years, so this system won't help that at all. I've used clean/fresh water and a soft tooth brush and it works fairly well.
yeah and wood glue does the same job actually. But how is the audiophile way , send me a private message and tell me bout it :) id love to hear how to properly take care of my vinyls
Empire usd to make something like this called Disco Paste. The fact the Empire produced it gave some credibility to it's effectiveness. On bottle was about 20 bucks with enough solution to do 80 sides. The big diff was that it cured in as little as 2 hours, had a special applicator for even coating, and got rave reviews. You could it apply to a new record, peel it, and you could see the dirt it lifted on the material (it was white when dry). The Empire stuff worked. This could.
+bobskie321 Glue is cheaper but more risky. As a vynil groove is not even using glue is dangerous as glu particle can stay on your disc when you remove it. I tried this product and I could take everything out. I tried with glue on a record I didn't like, I had to use a lot of glu to make a thick layer and I noticed that even though I was careful, glue particles was left in the groove and it is difficult to get off of it. With this product as it is shown if a particle is left on the disc rubing it with what you take off will take it off of it with ease. On the long run this product is expensive. The best way to clean a record would be with the Okki Nokki Record Cleaning Machine. The machine is expensive but on the long run we will same money.
3:04 First of all, looks like you took the record out of a really dirty area (outside or on a shelf or something. I think it'd clean it before applying revirginizer.
i found it just A TAD curious when i went to his website and noticed that no one in the us deals this stuff directly. if it's THAT great, why wouldn't we have dealers here? i'm going to say cat's-ass-high price. damn!!!!!!!!!!!!
don´t wash and leave the records to dry with the soap on.......like you do in the film.Wash rince and let the water run off and then dry the records with ex a microfiber taul.
Yea this guy is trying to make a buck 60.00 a jar! Yes use Gorilla Wood glue about 3.00 a bottle works just as great or better! Stick to the "poor mans" clean Wood glue. Man what a rip off!
Dawn detergent is gentle and cleans out the grooves beautifully.

Brilliant idea, I used to use Humbrol masking solution to do the same thing. I didn't think anybody else would buy it. Ah well.
Stop thinking then. Static is not the issue, dirt in the grooves is the issue. CHEAP wood glue removes
this perfect!
That's funny how the guy tries to take a swipe at CDs as an archival medium.
I don't think you know what they mean by anti-static. Anti-static means that dust won't settle on it as easily.
Or you could use PVA wood glue which is a lot cheaper, does the LP no harm whatsoever and will do exactly the same job!
orrrrrrr couple bucks for a giant bottle of wood glue to do the same thing.
Exactly.

I just use warm water and a little dish soap,
Where are you selling this solution?. Is it available in the U.S. and if so, when?....

Vinyl Gel Cleaner does the same but is lots cheaper
Which is cheaper? Revirginizer? or Elmer's glue? I saw other RUclips videos doing the same thing using Elmer's glue.

Glue is ok but glue creates statics
Elmer fudd rules

Wait you can only do one side at a time and it takes up to 10 hours for it to dry. Nope not for me I have to many LP's to waste my time on just one .
A $16 gallon of wood glue does the same job for hundreds of records! why waste $60 on this crap to do only 16 LoL....

I had rests in the groove and had to wash my records to get off this. It ruined some records.
It was in the 1980's and they called it Disco Film

NO NO just wash your records in soap and water that does it.
YOU KNOW THE RECORD REVIRGINIZER IS NOTHING MORE THAN HAND SANITIZER, TRY IT, YOU WILL SEE.
gotcha ;)
it wraps your vinyl, be careful
I put mine in the dishwasher
Snakeoil.
the hell are you on about. unless you enjoy hearing static while playing your records then static IS an issue...
Just a more expensive version of wood glue which can muck up your records if theres any glue left in the grooves, a waste of time and money !
heck i want to hear my stuff in quicker time. this is costly, i do not care to use this.
i dont think wood glue has the same anti-static properties as this...

XD i could be german gestapo if you wanted or russian gru or both haha
