It just amazes me that so many people have strong opinions on a show they haven't even seen. Truly the internet era. Go and see the show folks...you won't be disappointed.
Baaaaaad days…are gone, after 36 years ABBA REUNITED (2018)in their private party.2021 in September was officially announced about REUNION, and now four of them in LONDON! 🇸🇪🇸🇪ABBA FOREVER IN EVERYONE HEARTS 🇸🇪🇸🇪
Saw the show and it was absolutely amazing! I’m going to buy a ticket and see it again. Seeing everyone dancing and having fun and the abbatars look so real was just incredible
After The Beatles, ABBA is the most succesful group of pop music in the history. Even today, many people enjoy their music. Only these two groups have been able to fascinate different generations. It was impossible to see together again The Beatles. But Abba got it through this magic visual show.
The funny which thing is that during the motion capture both ladies sang live into microphones and their current voices performed all the songs like a real concert. I wish someday you'll hear those recordings as the ladies really belted out their songs all in the original keys! ❤
I hope that there is going to be some sort of DVD of the whole show............People like me that have been a fan since year dot would love to have been there but couldn't be............
Oh to think what could‘ve been in a world, where the Express and other self-proclaimed „critics“ hadn‘t harassed ABBA so relentlessly, to make the four Swedes quit 40 years ago. The Visitors was their most sophisticated album and the magic should‘ve lasted for many more years after 1982.
I for one would love if they had done even 1 concert together as they are now...even an unplugged one, wouldn't that have been something? I still hope that there might be a TV special on them recording Voyage together. And my children bought me and my wife tickets to travel from Ireland to see the show in January...roll on 2023!
Only if the show is done for good. Otherwise it would be bad for bussiness: instead of purchasing the tickets a number of people will be satisfied with the video version.
They absolutely will. A review of the first show stated that some songs (like Take A Chance On Me) weren't played so presumably there will be different set lists over time, and at some point they will take the best of what they have and put it out for home release.
You got that right! If memory serves me correct, they had a 3M 32 track digital tape machine at their studio in 1979. One of the very first produced. Benny was using the latest synths too. Yamaha GX1, Roland Jupiter 8 and Yamaha DX7 on Chess. The GX1 was at the ABBA museum in a video I saw about a year or so ago. Not sure if it's still there. Some of the videos I have seen of Benny's studio shows some now classic vintage synths. He and ELO's Richard Tandy were my first synth inspirations in the mid 70s.
I loved Voulez Vous the very first time I listened to it!!!! I also love Knowing me Knowing you and many others!!!! My mum didnt like them because she preferred classic music!!!! She was old fashioned!!!
Not sure if they would really go for all the intricate layers of backing vocals as they originally were. Some are going to be too demanding for continuous live performances.
@@FoobsTon Well, Ola Brunkert and Rutger Gunnarsson is not among us anymore, unfortunately. But Janne Schaffer is still going strong.. and playing in bands. Mats Ronander and Tomas Ledin, who toured with Abba later had their own solo careers in Sweden. Ledin is still huge over here.

although its magical its a right cop out not appearing as themselves now even if theyre in their 70s American group Sparks are still touring & PLAYING AS THEMSELVES NOT DIGITAL VERSIONS & theyre 74 & 75 respectively so why couldnt they
i wouldn't say that Bjorn or Benny have perfect avatars. they look a little like strangers in my opinion, from what i have seen of the abba voyage digital recordings. others may disagree. agnetha and frida look very recognisable however.
I wish they played and singed for real without the virtual holograms things. they should be there on stage with the band for real. I like the new album, I love that they came back, I'm happy they came back, but it's underwhelming or disappointing that they chose to do the fake virtual digital thing instead of a real concert.
My next husband will gladly drive and sing fabulous Abba songs with me in the car 🛻

Seen it three times and want to go again. Just WOW!
‘Knowing Me Knowing You” was my Mother’s favorite song ever. She passed away March 11. I love and miss you Mom ❤️❤️❤️❤️
I think that your mother can still hear this music 🐈😸🙂

Those musicians must have been so nervous but what a chance for them to work with Abba. Wow🤩
This is an amazing and unprecedented in the music industry. Benny I believe you guys will be awesome in this endeavour.

Were there any 'surprise' avatars, I know that 'Captain Kirk' went into space and was filmed and their new song is about an avatar.
Do they look as real on the screens as stage.
And perhaps to see an ABBA member there live as well! Best yet!
Your super music ,yours special look...part from my youth. Now too. "Thank You for The music'....💞💐
Brings back memories of those years. I was very young. But abba was always being played on the radio in the 70’s. So I remember it very well
Having the live band gives them a huge advantage- if there’s technical issues with the ABBAtars, they can become an impromptu ABBA cover band
"Stratosphericly high vocalist". Nice way to express the divinity of Frida and Agnetha
Seen it twice and will be going again, it's mind blowing !!
BJØRN AND BENNY= THE GREATEST COMPOSERS OF ALL TIME 🤩🤩
I certainly agree
@@lenaengell8528 🤗😘
Did Björn become Danish suddenly? :)
@@herrbonk3635 Of course not! He is SWEDISH, live in Sweden, is a Swedish citizen and will hopefully never be anything else than a Swede!

The band are ammmmmmazing. They get it. Been to the show twice.
Love You Benny !!

I´d say
1. The Beatles
2. Abba
Then, the rest..
ABBA!
BAO!
CHESS!
KRISTINA of D!
Abba = happiness. Music for the ages
Happiness, sadness, joy, yearning, celebration, solace...all encompassing emotions in song.
Excellent performance ABBA.
The band is so good! Mad props to all - this was an amazing music experience.
Geez, I love them!
Benny dancing in the back of the backing vocalists 😂
Saw them this week. The whole show is amazing and the band are fantastic.

I agree. It would’ve been so interesting to hear them evolve through the 80’s. The Visitors is their best album in my opinion. A masterpiece.

I imagine it will travel afterwards. This is the kind of thing that could run Forever in different cities around the world

Look at the technology ABBA have seen and utilised from 1974 onwards.Amazing.

She might enjoy Benny and Bjorn's latter works.
Knowing me knowing you
I can imagine artists like Kate Bush or Elton John are interested in future digital shows like this.
👍👍👍👍👍
Benny or Bjorn said it was great cos they could walk the dog.But in the end they had to be there, cos they care. You care ,guys.

hi can you find any footage of fans reviewing the show.

Benny ist eine coole Socke

that's where the old vocal recordings come in handy
Pueden subtitular por favor?
Wow that's amazing! Can you do that with the Beatles even if John and George are no longer with us?
Nope. The issue is with the digital facial data, kinda tough not moving
@@stuartchamberlain5760 Not true. They could take footage from all of their concerts and create and accurate performance. You'll see : )
Why are all the guitarists playing left hand?
Wonder what happened to the original band members
They got old. It happens.

To be honest I don’t think these avatars wii ever look like you guys when you were stage, they might come close but never replace the originals.
