Jordan the 2nd highest refugee hosting country per capita in the World (after Lebanon). Of course, a big reason is they just happened to be neighbors to all these conflicts happening around them. This resulted in a civil war known as Black September which Jordan won. So although what the King is saying sounds harsh, I understand where he is coming from.
