I was hoping that it would start with that and then after the screen showing the armor sets it just cuts into the actual LBG showcase as a fakeout... but I understand if that might've caused some confusion for some people.

The fact that every bullet type can rapid fire is mental
The spray and pray builds will be glorious
We don't know that yet. No idea if it's not just it's own ammo type.
It seems like the ammo they were using during the landmine demonstration had too much recoil to rapid fire, while the one shown during the sideways dive could get two shots off before the recoil pushes the hunter into a backwards roll mid-dive.
The focus atack is the wyvern mine type 2 of mhw iceborne. It wasn't used too much because lbg had to sacrifice essential modifiers in order to use it.
So far every weapon showcased is a solid 10/10, but this is me over-exaggerating since we have a few more to go.

I think gun is supposed to be a saddle….. fishlike for sure though. Thanks for the quick format, aside from long intro lol, but not milking it as others have.
Not going to lie, a handful of them seemed a bit underwhelming compared to others which seemed to get a dozen changes compared to maybe 3 or 4... but even still, things are looking pretty damn good overall.
I mean... the video length doesn't really matter, what matters is whether or not you're cramming too much into a small video or if you're drawing out a small number of things into a long video. The content should dictate the length.
I wonder if LBG is going to get another counter move since the old wyvernblast counter is now being used as the focus mode wound breaking attack.

With this amount of mobility on weapons, I expect the monster to be very punishing and unforgiving.

Huh, I did notice the middle portion of the drum magazine spinning as shots were fired, but seeing it in slow motion it also reciprocates backwards to eject the spent casings which is a neat touch.
If these are the starting or very early weapon designs from the game imagine what the later monster weapon designs will look like can’t wait
I'm really hoping the Wilds keyboard and mouse controls for ranged weapons aren't terrible and weirdly inconsistent with melee weapons. That's one of my biggest turnoffs in World/Rise for using ranged weapons honestly.
i really hope the horizon zero dawn gun comes back or something similar since it was pretty much the only blowgun i used

It looks like there's only one charge of the wyvern blast mine, the UI shows one "flathead" charge and three other shells, but it looks like those three shells are used for the focus mode exploding shot. The flathead looking one is probably the mine. Not a big deal if they increased the damage of each mine, as fun as it is dropping all three on a monsters face it did take a long time to do.

The Gun and armor looks kinda Wroggi like a set that has always had a cowboy theme and come with Rapidfire boost thereby making it a decent option for LBG.
as a LBG main the rapid fire drum mag, and increased mobility makes me happy.
Man, the more it goes, the more I'm feeling this game will be the ultimate MH game, especially when the DLC will comes out.
It has seasons like 2nd Gen, 3U's vibrant colors, seems like 4th Gen monster variety, Iceborne's grouned ecosystem and Sunbreak's movement flow and moveset variety.

First thing I do every day when waking up is either wait or watch the new showcase atleast 3 times, then go about my day till 12 and come to see if you've uploaded your weapon breakdown. I hope that at the end of these showcases they give us a rough release date but either way its been absolutely peak so far 🙏
This is my go-to weapon for clearing fights, learning them and sometimes farming needed mats from monsters I hate lol
So hype for LBG, it's definitely going to be going on Seikret as my secondary weapon in Wilds. The combination of this and a melee weapon is going to be sick.

the head/front of the gun looks like a plesioth head
So I've always seen the two bowguns as a mid to late game weapon due to needing the resources or money to make or buy the improved ammos. The bow being the early game step into ranged combat. Am I thinking about this wrong? Will potential new changes in MH:Wild change that up?

Bowguns make monster hunter games a cake walk compared to melee weapons.
Honestly, it looks good. But in comparison to every other weapon revealed before it.. it doesnt have that spark. That doesnt mean its bad but I still wouldnt be attracted to play with it like the rest of the shown weapons.
Still, looks good, well polished and simple, can see why some people will love it, but its not for my taste.
It’s all good we the ones that carry dps every hunt so just thank us in the lobbies 😂

I like your videos, but I still miss Alex much :). I suspect that we will have more focus strikes to choose from, either fixed on a weapon or after finishing some missions.

They should’ve incorporated some sort of forward dodge into a vault. Saddened it seems like there’s less of an aerial focus
capcom want make mhwild more Grounded gameplay so aerial not fit well
They're definitely not going to show their whole hand in a preview, so there's still a pretty good chance it's there.

The weapons have so much more unique details than World had that was really the only thing i disliked about world

There seems to be no noticeable changes to the bowguns and they said that they did reworks to them? I can’t tell the difference.
The reworks are more mechanical than visual. If you don’t play bowguns you probably wont be able to tell.
It probably has something to do with the mods and ammo, both of which you can't really show in an action preview like these.
