under volt, power cap, downclock it a 10% and get a loss of 5 -10% in fps . I have a 150W GPU and 90W CPU laptop, I downclock it when ever required and overclock it when ever required.
Recently I stumble upon an online video, which made me possible to lock GPU temp. now my laptop is cool and quiet.

Laptop industry need a real invention on heating problems, making it more compact without it is making problem bigger
you can customize the settings for the gpu and cpu to make it a literal non-issue without losing significant performance in this laptop. Takes like a minute to set up in software included on the laptop.

i have a laptop with a 2060 and that thing makes my room sound like an airport, can’t imagine how loud this thing is
not a lot 2060 draws 90 watts this card can draw 140 watts but it rarely goes above 100 watts

I have the 2021 model with the 3060, these laptops run REALLY hot. So hot to the point i had it shut down on me a couple times. Beware if you plan on getting one, invest in a cooling pad if you can because this laptop runs as hot as the sun.
need to take it off of turbo mode. I have the 2022 AMD g14 and in the settings you can customize everything and lower temps and wattage used without losing any performance really.

Undervolt the cpu and make sure the fan curve is done properly in msi afterburner. This is a great solution. I've kept my victus 16 with rtx3050 at less than 80º on these settings while playing 8+h

It automatically lowers the performance so as to reduce quick battery drainage. You can't really expect to play cordless on laptops with modern day graphic cards unless you got a car battery inside
