I truly wish more bands were this in-tuned with their fans and provided concert quality content for those that simply can't make the shows.
This has more to do with a bands marketing team. You are right. Bands need to find a way to be more active on SM, it's a necessity.

Trivium is paving the way for what a modern band is. I see live streaming becoming the norm in the next 5 years. I'd happily pay for a high quality stream of show that isn't possible for me to see in person.

Trivium is so good live, makes me proud. I'm really anxious to see them in Knotfest 2022. Please Matt, tell Alex to record the drum cam, I'd die to see him playing Catastrophist and What The Dead Men Say in full detail.

I take it you know about Alex Bent's youtube channel then. I'm sure he'll get around to it at some point. It seems like he had slowly trickled them out over time. Been inactive from recording an album and touring. Tours coming to a close soon, and assuming they do some down time (and he hasn't forgotten his youtube login details) I'm sure we'll see some uploads.

It’s not easy at all to play and sing like that! I’ve played many venues in my state like that and it takes many years of practice. Now it is second nature to me
this life performance is incredible but it kills me inside to not hear anything off of ascendancy or shogun those albums are my life
I don’t care what anyone says but Ascendancy is their best album by miles and miles and miles
Shogun is still my favorite Trivium record so on one hand I agree but it says a lot about how good these last 3 albums have been that they can pretty much fill a set with primarily recent songs and it’s still wicked
@@tylerball9600 Ascendancy would probably barely scratch my top 5 Trivium albums but it’s the album that made them a big band to begin with and they haven’t emulated that specific lightning in a bottle since

Yep. He’s quite a character. Big inspiration in part of my playing . It takes years and dedication to be able to play like that. I’m thankful I put in the same dedication and time to be able to easily play a lot of their songs
Takes a fuck tone of talent to be able to do all 3 so perfectly, especially when he's said before that he used to have a lot of social anxiety, so its really inspirational that he was able to overcome that
I need more content from Corey. Even just showing us riffs or licks, or what he thinks about when he shreds. Such an amazing guitar player
Just wanna drop by and say thank you for all the content you and the band has been putting out. These videos from Trivium, the stuff that Matt, Paolo & Bent releases are such an incredible insight and just so good for people that can't make it to the shows. Ya'll are setting the gold standard for a band really using the internet to connect with their fans on a very personal level. Being able to talk directly with Twitch is something I never thought I would be able to do with ANY band let alone a band like Trivium. Cheers Matt. Big love

I am 50 and have been into heavy music my whole life, I used to use it to get pumped up before my hockey games. I had been listening to BFMV for a couple years now and my playlist played similar music....along came Trivium. I've seen the name on the playlist before but never really gave it a listen too UNTIL about 3 months ago. I AM A FAN!! I love Matts range and skills with his guitar and the all-around sound is amazing. I get looks when I drive my Toyota Tundra around with Trivium blaring out the speakers....this little hick town isn't ready for this sound yet, but I'll oblige!!

Haven’t seen them live since mid to late 2000s. Looks like they have improved quite a bit and put on a great show. I’d like to see them again now.

Did my first mosh pit during Fever 333 then got as close to the stage as I could for trivium, like 3 people behind the barricade with a Mick Thomson mask. Vocals were quiet, other than that, best show ever🤩
In my experience, when you're that close to the stage, the vocals are always quiet. Every concert I've ever been to has been that way.
@@Traviolie I thought it was the other around. Why is it quiet closer to the singer?
@@vitorbueno4301 My only guess is that the speakers are on the sides of the stage, so the sound is amplified out on those ends, leaving the middle area muffled. Beats me, but the only time I was able to hear vocals decent was when it was in the back in a lower level seat. Every time I've been in the GA or next to the stage in the middle, unless I know the bands songs, it's inaudible.

@@vitorbueno4301 Well, you can show up early or you can push your way through as the crowd moves. If you for sure want the stage, early is the best bet. I don't mess around with any vendors or food while I'm there. So I go straight for the stage and stay put lol. However, if there's multiple stages, you'll have to push your way through each.

Wicked sound as always, but this setlist is devoid of classic Trivium! I lived for Ascendancy, The Crusade & Shogun back in the day. Of course, their new stuff is great too but you gotta mix the new & the old for a complete Trivium experience.
They're a mid bill band on tour promoting new music. If they were closer to the top of the bill then I'm sure there would have been older music. But when they only have approximately 40 minutes, they're going to play the new stuff to sell the new stuff.
The setlist is totally understandable because they are touring WTDMS for the first time and promoting ITCOTD at the same time.
Although I would trade Strife for Throes of Perdition; my favorite Trivium song of all time.

Yeah dude, the whole thing was LineFest. It was like 1.5 hours just to get in. 1.5 hours for alcohol. 2+ hours for water. 1.5+ hours for food. And every last thing had separate lines. It was awful
