Great tips!!! I always felt that people who complain due to ground delays tend to be hungry or 'hangry' and a little bit of complimentary food/drink goes a long way! Communication is key and at most times, it's how you say the information that matters more.
Totally agree with you, Jo! Speaking of food and ground delays, i remember when we learn from the captain that there is a delay and the time of departure is unclear, we usually go out in the cabin and start offering drinks. There were also times when we had to serve hot meal on ground because it took a long time before we were ready to takeoff. I can see that you are an amazing performer at work! What do you do? :)
Too humble, Joe! :) Reading your comments, you are obviously an excellent performer! We wouldn’t be surprised if you hold a high position at work! Sending our regards to you there! :)
I love this stories. I am a cabin crew in a certain airlines but i am open for self-improvements. Ive always wondered how emirates and qatar cabin crew are because i know they have one of the best crews in the entire world.
Make someone's day ✨ Make someone's day through little things. - help a mother with her bags, ask how is everything?do you want me to make you some chocolate?do you need anything from the headboards? (be specific) Beyond expectations ✨ Spontaneous ✨ TIPS 1) Smile - everyone smiles in the same language 2) Genuinely ask how they are 3) Engage - look in the eye 4) Don't promise but overdeliver - "acknowledge (yes i can see), let me see what I can do, for the meantime I am giving you ____." If can't provide an alternative and check if he/she is feeling better 5) handle complaints with grace - listen, acknowledge, offer a solution Smile How you are Would you like to have some (something specific) Compliment
Wow what a great video. I work in customer service industry myself and wish that some of my team members watched this video, so many important things you shared. Subscribed 😊💕
Hi Love i wanted to ask a few questions! 1- can you cover "visible tattoos" with make up? 2-will it bring troubles if you do and they find out? 3-if i decide to not cover them will they take me anyway or thats a big NO. (customer service, and tattoo in my wrist/hand) please i hope u can tell me! thank you
Very well said ate mae relate much i experienced all that on my current job nakakatuwa kaya na nakikita mo yung ngiti sa mukha ng mga guest kasi dun mo masasabi na nagawa mo yung part mo to serve them beyond expectations🙏❤️thank you for sharing this alam ko may matutunan nanaman mga viewers na aspirants na gusto magwork sa Hospitality industry🙏
Ate mae.. Salamat po dito.. I will surely keep all these in mind... Gustong gusto ko talaga maging EK cabin crew... Hopefully I could make it in one try.. Ain't getting any younger.. Am turning 32 this July... Huhuhu....
I like how you talk . I’m trying to be a flight attendant and my struggle is my English hehe . Any advice how to be better in answering the question in interview ? Applying here in U.S but I’m a Filipina
May bago na naman akong natutunan😊😊😍. Question lang po Ate. Sa airline industry po ba naiaapply din po ang "Customer is always right?" How do you handle po yung mga customer na may ganitong mindset. 😊😊 thank you
Hello Tina! When I flew, i was made to understand that “customers are valuable.” Seniors would tell us that they have our back and will always support us - but if we are rude or gave an attitude to the customers, that is where they draw the line. Kaya ko talaga nagustuhan din ang environment ng emirates. For me, customers are important. But the staff are also important. Happy staff, happy customers. About your question, i believe “customers deserve to be genuinely looked after.” If in the first encounter you make them feel that they matter, rarely do they step their foot down and say, “i am always right.”💛 yan lang my thoughts, i could be wrong 💛
Hola hola!!!Question lang Mae,Are you saying this in general or only for first clas or business class. How about economy?Still thank u for yours tips Mae💕.
Hola Ar!! Im saying this in general. Also Ar, i remember, as I went up the ladder kasi, i underwent more trainings. So napopolish yung customer service skills as you progress. Plus mas nagiging more personal ang service sa pasahero pagdating sa first class simply because mas konte sila and mas marami ang time mo to engage. ☺️ Pero may times na due to operational reasons, i had to work in economy or business in a certain flight. I would still treat customers they same. Same care and same attention. ☺️
“Don’t take things personally” Agreed! Have you read Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz? It’s an interesting read.
Yes Don Miguel! 🥰 one of my favorites also. The fourth agreement is what i love most - “always do your best!” 🥰
