Hamcheese Egg Toast | Toast

Good morning!
Today I'm going to make the ham and cheese egg toast that my child
has been asking for since yesterday.
As a mom who wants to make sure my child eats some vegetables,
I finely chopped some parsley and carrots.
I cracked open two eggs and removed the egg whites.
Carrots taste better when they are sautéed, so I mixed the
eggs and parsley first.
I added some oil to a frying pan, sautéed the carrots,
poured in the egg mixture, and placed the bread on top.
It's time to flip it over.
Uh-oh, I have a feeling it might fail!
One flipper might not work, so I'll use two.
Phew, luckily it worked!
I added some sandwich ham and cheese on top
and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
Sounds delicious, doesn't it?
My daughter was showing off her new phone case.
It's really cute.
For our drink today, we're having sweet rice drink called Sikhye.
It's delicious, and we're enjoying it with our breakfast.
