full power energy wave isnt a sparking zero only thing hes had it in raging blast i also believe in the budokai tenkaichi games as well and it is exactly because its a generic move anyone can use it thats why he has it because he HAS no other unique moves in his base which you would know if you watched the movies base form broly didnt do much meaning they cant do much with him so they give him generic stuff

His base form does not attack at ALL in the movies. He goes into his suppressed super Saiyan form to do any form of fighting. So yeah he doesn't have a lot of moves. They should have just done second coming broly and start him in ssj where he has a plethora of unique moves between the movies and dokkan, and they went with the yellow lssj hair anyways so why is he yellow hair without the chest marks from 2nd coming.
