Thank you for not just being one of the players but also for doing it with class. I particularly loved how you always displayed the love and importance of your relationship with your mother and your church. Continue walking in your truth and let God order your steps.
So happy to see Maya thriving and happy in her post basketball career. I read up on what she was doing after she left the game, and my oh my, what a crazy and uplifting story.
Maya Moore is a truly an impressive gal in every way. What a lovely individual. It gives me hope there are more people like that out there these days. I just don't see enough of them.
Hey. What class and sincerity!!! A true winner in the game and life. This lady should have a movie displaying her all around accomplishments. A guiding life for the our young Black youths, as well as others. Thank you, Mya Moore, "THE GOAT".
For me, the night was and should've been all about Maya Moore and her career accomplishments, along with the Lynx winning their 6th straight. NO ONE or ANYTHING else. I LOVE that she mentioned 'the shot' for the indiana fans. ( :
She is beautiful. I see such a kindness, poise abd intelligence from her. No wonder she's a legend. Her BB stats mist be amazing. Retiring your number is the best honor cause it's your own team that is acknowledge your great talent. She is a Christian.
FYI, the media does not mention that Maya played ALL four years at Collins Hill High in Suwanee, GA. She still holds numerous Gwinnett County and State of Georgia records. I'm not sure why it's always about Minnesota. Look it up en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maya_Moore
As already commented down below Maya is a class act and there are very few equals right now. Great competitor and any team she played for had to feel real positive of what the out come would be. As for her Social Justice involvement she is again one of the few who have accomplished great things and did it the right way instead of the path most have chosen now a days. The W and College programs, players, coaches, AD's/Chancellors, owners, should pay close attention to how Maya approaches any issue she tackles. Even politically you would assume a President would invite her to the WH and support her in her platform. Again, class act.
In terms of best women's of best women's basketball players ever, she's in the top 5. The other 4 are Lisa Leslie, Candice Parker, Cynthia Cooper, and Rebecca Lobo.
The fact that you don't understand how important that is, shows your ignorance. The point of that, was all about inspiring the next generation, and being a good role model to these kids. If you didn't let your hatred blind you so much, you'd understand that
@@braize6279 why are you going to extremes..”hatred” are you serious? 🤡🤡🤡. All I read in your comment was blah blah blah…I’m a follower. The day is hers.
