I struggle to think of a modern equivalent of this. One must understand that all this was expendable, throwaway media for TV. People poured their hearts into this knowing it would've been aired once, maybe several times, at inconvenient time slot.
10:28 Wait a minute! I recognized that symbol! It's the symbol of the Kih-Oskh from the Tintin adventure Cigars of the Pharaoh and The Blue Lotus. Who knew the creator of Brad Dharma was a Tintin fan?
Very cool. Love Liquid TV. This is better than the version I have though a little less sharp. I love the commercials too. The Bob Sabiston Free Your Mind one is great. I don't remember ever seeing that. Thanks for posting these!
Thank you. I only have a couple of these online. That was all I found in our VHS tapes. I'm sure there's other ones that other people have online somewhere.
it's intended for an older youth audience and adults and fucking weird and creative and fun! it's sad when any business now looks back on its "golden days". it means you did something wrong and heading the wrong path but at one point you did something right in the past
Thank you for leaving the commercials in
@@zeeej710 you're welcome
I'd been looking for this episode for years. A masterpiece of alternative cartoons.
Thank you. If you've found others, please let me know.

Uncle Louie’s Party looks like a precursor to Tom goes to the Mayor.
Or Angela Anaconda.
Love this

Watch this when you stoned out 😂
Anyway part 1 really creeps me out
Bob Pittman in a commercial, now that's terrifying.
