Thanks for this video, great information! I have been loving my printer but wished my colors were better. I calibrate my monitor. I imagine the Photoshop settings translate closely to setting it up on Lightroom? I will have to play with that, I would love to see a video from you guys on that. One more thing, the Chromalux icc profile is for the white glossy, are you working on others like white matte, and clear glossy, etc.?
Thank you so much for this video!!!! I have been trying to figure out how to print multiple images for HOURS!!! When do you think you’ll have the print layout for MAC? And how to I get info on how to print from the scrap paper! I have Tons!
Glad it was helpful! I'm not sure if layout will come to the Mac Platform as Epson is in control of that. We haven't heard anything definitive either way.
Hello, You can access our ICC profiles on our web site, www.dtgweb.com/support. You need to create an account to access the profile library but there is no charge for that.
Hi, how are you? I just acquired the F570 printer and your video is a very good contribution, thank you very much. I wanted to take advantage of asking where you download the profiles you showed in the video, from chromaluxe and another for fabric spandex Thank you

Hi! Great video, just a few questions, I just received my epson f500, I have a Mac no windows, how do I use it with the printer? Do I need to preinstall some plugins? I didn’t get any of these advanced settings, and I have only started it up done the tests, do I need to do more before using it?, Install any on my computer or printer?
Hi Jessica, You should go to your local Epson web site (not sure which country you are in). Then go to support and search for the F500 printer. Download the Mac Printer drivers directly from there and install. Then you will be able to use all of the settings. Hope this helps.
I own an EPSON L4150, I am trying to print a color photo on my macbook, however the black in is coming out as dark navy blue, I have set the printer settings to ultra photo paper glassy. When I print on normal paper it comes out pure black. How can I adjust this to get the pure black?

Hi I'm trying to print fro sublimation when using 17" roll paper my print doesn't mirror even if i check the emulsion down option..I also I don't see mirror option, even if I try to flip the image horizontal..the print comes out wrong. It's fine using any sizes..it only don't work when using roll paper..
When you are in the main Photoshop Print dialog, click print settings. With the Epson SC-F500 series printer selected as the printer, on that main Layout settings dialog, towards the bottom, there is a check box for "Flip Horizontally". That needs to be checked. If it is checked, and its still not mirroring, then its being double mirrored somewhere. The most likely suspect would be back in the main Photoshop Print dialog box. Look there. For example, checking "Emulsion Down" in the functions section would cause a double mirror.

Hello, are you using Windows or Mac? If Windows, are you using the Epson Edge software or the regular print driver from applications?
@@dtgweb I’m using Mac and design and print from photoshop..
