My baby CRIED DAY AND NIGHT for the first two months and a half... They're precious stages we all moms experience with our babies. I KNOW IT'S SO STRESSFUL but thinking about it at the end of the day we only have to enjoy them because those moments are never coming back
Fernanda Palma I hear you! My first was SO hard! He would cry & cry & cry. My second is a lot different & much more chilled & quiet but when I look back at my first I can’t believe he will be 7 this year. It flies by & those hard times become a distant memory 😞

Seeing how she was pre-baby (anxious, seemed depressed?), she is probably having a hard time adjusting to mama life. Extreme depression after kids is very common.

Nothing ceases to amaze me by seeing grown women, mothers in fact tearing another mother apart. Just remember that you too were once a first time mother, remember how that felt for a second before you comment on Megan’s parenting and before anyone comes for me with nonsense I am a mother of two and I had a rough time being a first time mother with PND and comments that Megan gets would have torn me apart, be kind and maybe offer advice or encouragement rather than tearing her apart. You’re doing a wonderful job Megan, Kaden is beautiful

Regarding your Instagram post about the baby not sleeping through the nite - my son did that as well from birth to about 8 or 9 months old. If you’d like to Google it, it’s called “being a baby”. Usually moms/dads get up and feed their babies when this happens. Sometimes it can be as easy as a diaper change or just needing to be held and comforted. I would suggest trying those things, maybe add your own twist to it because you know, all babies are different! ☺️

My baby is just a little bit older than hers and she definitely was sleeping through the night at two months, even! Unless your baby is not thriving, there is no need to wake a sleeping baby to feed them. My pediatrician straight up told me that.

I’m a new mom too and he’s 6 months and drives me insane but this is best feeling being a mom
My son was always a good sleeper and slept through the night after 3 months! My doctor told me I was crazy when I asked if I should wake him up to eat, she said if the baby is hungry the baby will wake up and let you know! You’re doing great Meg, thank you for sharing your experiences with us. My second baby first baby girl is due June 2020 💗

We are watching your videos to see you and your life and the changes in your life come with that! The baby boy crying in the background is part of your life. If people are annoyed with you being a mom and having a baby in the background they don’t need to watch your videos. We love you and your family! No need to apologize for being real and down to earth. It’s way easier to feel connected to you when you show the real life situations. Babies cry, we all get frustrated, we all get down, we all end up with health concerns or what not. Keep being you, keep showing us YOU and your real life! Love you!

Watching you be a mother reminds me a lot of how I felt being a first time mom to a newborn. I love my son to pieces (3 years old now) but the experience of having a newborn is like nothing I ever expected. I was emotionally and physically drained. Exhaustion was real. Emotions were real. Questioning everything you do and worrying about everything was real. I felt like I couldn’t feel that way because I would be judged for not loving every moment of motherhood. I learned now that everyone has their own experience and not everything is always glamorous. It’s okay to feel what you are and it’s okay to take care of yourself. It’s a must. When things truly felt like they would never get better, they did. I still struggle with tantrums now, but my son is much more independent, and it’s easier for me to take care of myself and my needs. Just know you’re doing everything you can for that little boy, and you’re not alone. ❤️ I also wanted to add that I loved a lot of the items you showed! It’s amazing the things you can buy for babies now. I hope you’re doing okay and that your family is well. Have a wonderful night. ❤️

I’d really recommend a myhummy it plays different white noise for the baby my little boy loved it. It has a sensor on it so it stays on for an hour and starts back up if baby cry’s or moved for up to 12hours

She is now 4 years old and still whines when I try to get college work done. The truth is, they will never stop and thats the beauty of it!!! We understand u Meg keep shining bright!

Me & my husband struggled TTC for years & finally God answered ours prayers & we were able to conceive🥰 extremely thankful !!! love that little boy to pieces but it is really hard & I struggled A LOT in the beginning thought I was going crazy (which I kinda was 😩 PPD) because it’s rare for people to share everything the good & the bad. So it’s just nice to see ReAl I guess

My baby girl is 5 months old and has been sleeping through the night since 8 weeks old but only because I started a routine and stuck with it! Learning the difference between day and night teaches them to sleep through and if they are hungry they will wake up and let you know! You dont have to be strict with it, as long as they get their feeds during the day and they are happy that's all that matters! Routine definitely creates discipline so they know what to expect every day x

I hated the owlet camera too. I bought from the actual website and they have a 45 day return policy from date of purchase so unfortunately I couldn’t return it so I just sold it on Facebook market for 100$. Better than having it just hanging out in your house with no use. I end up getting a 40$ camera and that was the best purchase ever!
