Managerialism. No one in the Biden Administration has served in the military. Their friends don't. Their children don't. This class of elite school graduates are not physically brave. The last in their family might of served in WW2. 80 years ago. So they have no feelings of warfare. They are administrative mandarin. Timid and cautious. Industrious so long as the path is clear.
      And of course leftist.
Politically Biden could of negotiated more weapons sooner. But he had more important for him domestic issues that he would not compromise on. Specifically flooding illegals in to capture and cement future political power. By and large the US is evenly divided by voters, citizens. However illegals are counted in the national census. And Congressional offices are distributed by the census. So flooding illegals into NY, Illinois, Massachusetts.....captures more Congress seats.
Further Presidential elections are determined by first voters in those states....but the votes are transformed into Electors. One for each Congress seat in that state. So even old, high debt, high taxes, declining economy and fleeing citizen states like NY, Illinois....should have less Congressmen, less Electors....they have more. By cheating.
If not for illegals and gaming the census, Democrats would long be out of power.
This is unreported because 90% of reporters are leftist, 90% of media too.
Biden would of had to close the border. Threaten the Democrat power complex. Hence no compromise.

The European nations have to come to grips with the reality that THEY need to do what Russia is willing to do if they really want to stop Russian aggression. European countries have to spin up their military industries to produce the weapons Ukraine needs at the same rate Russia, N. Korea and Chine are able to. And, at some point the European nations are going to have to be willing to put boots on the ground in Ukraine. To this point in time, Russia has not been willing to send everything they have at this fight, which is why you're seeing so many foreign fighters from mostly 3rd world countries doing their fighting for them. Europe has to be willing to do this mostly on their own, because the U.S. simply isn't going to lead on any international issue any time in the near future.

I thought I already knew the most important things (living in Finland, sharing a 1300 km long border with russia), but I still did not know how far the tentacles of russia reach the countries around the world. Highly recommended: Keir Giles: _Russia's war on everybody and what it means for you_ . Read / listen, it is worth the time and the money.

The Biden administration should allow use of American missiles against legitimate military targets in Russia, including military bases, military equipment, military personnel and the means of supporting them such as the Kerch Bridge. I do understand, however, that the U.S. would want to consider on a case-by-case basis some targets that are more distant from Ukraine's borders or more sensitive. Everyone should understand that this is a first step and not the last step. But I agree with the criticism that it is long overdue.

Dangerous tactic. For many years NATO has been determined to bring Ukraine into NATO. For many years Russia has said “no way.” The CIA overthrew the neutral Ukraine government and installed the pro-NATO government in 2014. In response, Russia took Crimea. The US wants to hurt Russia so bad they are willing to fight to the last Ukrainian.

Look at the crossed red line in Syria ignored! America is, mentally, an isolated continent. It has no idea of how other countries feel, how they think, how to deal with them and what their cultural structure is. No one, knows Russia better than Ukraine: despite having very little decent weaponry, no Air Force, no navy and few soldiers, have managed to keep Russia at bay, and only thanks to their own ingenuity, adaptability, bravery and determination.
