- Indians in Canada have started noticing a feeling they never felt before. In the recent years, there has been a lot of hatred against Indians from Canadians. In this video we analyse this situation and I have tried to provide my perspective on who is at fault and who should be blamed.

It’s not hate. It’s not racism. It’s a normal reaction to a massive influx of a culture that doesn’t assimilate and blend to a country’s culture and way of living, including rules and conduct norms.

Sorry to say my opinion to your comment. I heard about Gujrati or Punjabis a lot from RUclips or other social medias. It does not matter Gujrati or Punjabis, other people in Canada still think that all of them are from India.
Why other types of Indians don't teach them to respect the place that gave them jobs, foods and new life. I know that every immigrant has culture, but sometimes he/she should be considerate and understand that this country has culture as well. We have immigrants coming to Canada from all over the world and there are a lot of students too, but there is something terribly wrong with people from India. When coming to a new country, you have to come to a point where you respect that country's law and your values too. You cannot impose your laws and values on them. Freedom is given here but don't abuse it. Lastly, live for a little bit under the sun and stop this race mentality.

I don't think there's anything specifically 'wrong' with people from India. Rather, it's the fact that they are moving to a place with an enormous enclave of other Indians. This insulates them from any pressure to integrate into Canadian society. The same happens with other demographics with similarly large enclaves - i.e. the Chinese demographic.

I'm a white Canadian Nurse. This fellow spoke very well. I've always been pro immigration to mesh cultures and increase the population of this huge Country. However, in the past few years I'm made aware of the increasing violent gangs, theft, plagiarism, dishonesty, Indians getting managerial positions then only hiring Indians, cheating in schools, fabricated names.
I have a rental and there was a time I chose what I thought a wonderful young Indian couple over 25 others looking. At 21 yrs old, she boasted how she and her Indian friends could trick the cash register at The Bay where she worked giving themselves 80% off everything. He worked for cash for another Indian. They were shameless. Who goes to a foreign Country and steals.

This may be true…but this last 10 months I,ve been having health issues and have received different test to check out the problems.
All the doctors and ultrasound test staff, receptionist, have been Indians, and they have been very respective and thoughtful at all times!!…one even thanked me for coming for the test…..no doctor has ever thanked me for coming! I guess I was lucky to meet the good ones

Every one I know of have got their ITAs within the past 2 months. As an immigrant myself I can't comment on my fellow immigrants, but we should understand that Trud or Pierre or whomeva may come to power will not drastically curb immigration.

I am not an Indian but I am also an immigrant, therefore, I don’t hate immigrants. I don’t hate Indian. I have been living in Canada for 39 years now. I try my best to be a Canadian. What I’ve observed is that most of the fast food restaurants and the delivery services are now dominated by Indian. It seems like if there is one Indian manager in charge of a company he/she will hire mostly Indian people. I don’t mind who own those franchises but please at least maintain the original product and service. Don’t try to be “too smart” by lowering the standards to get more profit. The Canadian customers can sense the changes.

There's been definite noticeable nosedive since the massive overtaking of Indian staff. If I see that the staff are mostly Indian ('Singh Hortons'), I'm not likely to give them business... which is pretty much all of them in the big cities.

Many Indian people don’t assimilate into western living and many try to find loopholes they can exploit. I don’t like that Sikh men can bring daggers to places like the gym, it makes me feel uncomfortable working out beside someone with a big knife. Indian people wearing a Turban don’t have to wear helmets when riding their motorcycles. If a white Canadian took a big hunting knife into a gym they would be escorted out by the RCMP, and would be ticketed and fined for not wearing a motorcycle helmet. While sitting with one of my Indian friends he mentioned how he would hate to be me, I asked him why, he said as an Indian he can do what he wants and if I say anything I’m shamed and considered a racist. 🇨🇦

As a tourist to Canada I noticed a big culture clash. While Canadians over use the word “sorry,” Indians did not think twice about jumping ahead of a line and pushing people away to make space for their own family - even before that family arrives. Indians have a great and ancient civilization, but that is not an excuse for disrespecting the Canadian one.
They don’t give a damn. They don’t see their behaviors as something wrong; it’s their culture. A culture is the result of continuous acts and behaviors. I’m Hispanic from South America, and we have some issues with obeying rules too.

Yes the cashiers are usually Indians and they don't greet or smile but once I moved to the gulf and saw mostly Filipinos as cashiers or receptionists, they greeted me with a smile and sometimes a small talk you will feel heard and noticed😊 the way they reciprocate. My love for Filipinos ❤

I've heard from MANY truckers that highway rest stops are DISGUSTING! The walls, floors, showers & toilets are COVERED IN POOP! 💁♀️
They also have around 6 drivers under 1 license. So the truck never has to stop. They cut a hole in the bunk floor to poop through. Many mechanics have refused to work on their trucks because the whole underside smells and is covered in poop.
As a mechanic I can tell you this is totally true. They shit in a hole in the bunk and there is shit all underneath the truck. Fucking sick animals go back home

Not just highway rest stops, Tim Hortons, Wendy’s, McDonalds… has piles of shitty toilet paper thrown all over the floor, toilets never cleaned in months, greasy unwiped tables, no soap, no hand sanitizer. Every restaurant, gas station you have to ask for a washroom key on a dirty spatula because there is no community trust. At Tim Hortons you have to ask for napkins, ask for ketchup, ask for pepper, ask for a paper straw… like you are some kind of criminal on probation. Canada has lost its sense of community.

In my work place it is 90% Indian. I'm one of the few white people born and raised in Canada.
No English is spoken during lunch break or very little is spoken.
This creates alienation among the employees and the few that are non-Indian no longer use the lunchroom and prefer to sit elsewhere or in their cars.
This happens in the community as well and Canadians are feeling excluded from society.
In regards to racism. How prevalent is racism from Indians directed at white Canadians?

My 7 year old niece is on a BC provincial swim team and no one will speak English, only Chinese, leaving her alienated. This will only get worse.

I just came back from a camping trip at Peter Lougheed Provincial Park last week. Very well said. I am Indian and haved lived abroad in USA and Canada for several years. Recently my interactions/observations with some Indians leave me surprised on how they try to cheat or find loopholes in everything. It's almost like an ego enhancement act for them to save a few dollars by finding the loopholes. For ex: some use the transit without proper card and find it cheaper to pay a fine when caught. It's heartbreaking to think how this is spoiling the image of "Indians" as a community.

The issue is the new immigrants are not vetted the same way they used to be. Its not that its Indians, Chinese, etc, etc, its about who they are letting in specifically. The standards changed when the Liberals took power again in 2016. Nothing against Indians other than the standard of who we let in. We are letting in the lower grade of individuals than what we did before. My IT guys, who are Indian, agree. They say the government lowered the standard. In US we have Venezuelans and their Venezuela gangs 😢 New York is becoming very dangerous to live.
