Different than SFMTA's Muni, & King County Metro in Seattle. But Unlike Muni & King County Metro SEPTA is Only 40 Foot Trolly's, the Other 2 Agencies have Both 40 & 60 Foot Trolley Busses!
They are called "Trackless Trolley's" I worked for Septa and that is how they refer to these lines..I drove Bus myself ..was offered trolleys told them Id rather wait then drive a Trolley well it worked they sent me to 26th and Allegheny to drive BUS..
Well, Septa did buy 25 Proterra electric buses for the 29 and 79. If they do well, in the future they will replace the trolleybuses on the remaining routes they operate on.
Nice work you should book Vancouver to see other trolley buses
I wonder how long before Septa overhauls these Trolleybuses?
The trolly bus sounds like Vancouver
They are very similar.

Aren't these called trolleybuses and not trackless trolleys?
Yes, they can be called both. They are the same thing.

Nice!
the 75 why it always a bus
Likely due to a shortage of trackless trolleys to cover the route, or maybe a detour that is more easily navigated with a bus.
If Septa closes these trolley bus lines then they will add to 'climate change'
