I found out that when you climbing up a staircase, the stairs that creek's is not the one you step on, is the one you step from. When you lift your weight up from the stairs it creaks because you are leaving, and as it is with the staircase so it is with people, whenever you start trying to upgrade wherever you left is going to start screaming at you and you have to decide are you going to let their disruption be your distraction.
