I’d imagine this would play in an alternate snow grace where Spamton managed to free himself from his strings so now his Neo form is more powerful
well actually, i'm not sure if that'd be possible. his strings are his life force, considering how things go when you free spamton neo with the act option. once you snap all of his strings, he dies, and has no chance of coming back. it's almost like kris with his soul, and how he needs it to live like any other normal person. not sure what kris is all about with his soul and the creepy cutscenes at the end of each chapter, but you still get the point. spamton neo is nothing without his strings.
edit: despite the song name being no strings attached, yeah somebody might make an alternate universe where if spamton neo frees himself he doesn't die and then this song plays resulting in a harder fight.

(The Soul turns yellow, and a Z appears on screen, telling you to shoot. Once you shoot back at Spamton, The "big shot" hits real hard. Pushing Spamton back.)

The ACTs are simple, There's "Explain", Which makes you explain to Spamton that you don't want to be free yet. While "ExplainX" gets the entire gang to explain why he should stop.
(PACIFIST ending)
"...So... I get it now, I... I'm sorry, Kris, but it seems like i can't help you."
"Still, Thanks for helping me find freedom."
"After everything i did when i was out of control... you still..."

(After any of these endings, when you're about to exit Queen's basement...)

Susie. "Some guy nearly kills us, attacks us, and then suddenly acted different."
Susie: "At least he isn't a threat anymore so..."

(Three options are presented: "I'm fine." "help me help me help me" "You don't get it.", however, before any of these choices can be taken, Ralsei interrumpts.)
Ralsei: "They'll be fine, I'm sure that the stress of battle sometimes gets to you."
Ralsei: "They were ambushed back there, so i'm sure it must've been rough."
Ralsei: "Don't worry through! We're nearing the end, so, well, we can talk about it later if it makes you feel better."

Intro - Noelle hits Spamton with Snowgrave, but due to Noelle being uncomfortable with it, she Snowgrave's the strings instead.
Spamton goes "WOW" and says "YOU LITTLE [COLD-HEARTED ANGEL], YOU BROUGHT ME TO [H E A V E N]? MY PRAYERS AND [Cries for Help?] WERE FINALLY ANSWERED‽ I FEEL TALLER, HIGHER, [B I G G E R]... KRIS, JOIN ME IN THIS GLORIOUS [Summer Party for free] DOM. ISN’T THIS WHAT YOU WANTED?"
Kris walks gradually walks forward, with full control, but Noelle stops them with IceShock and warns them "Kris, don't! You said we needed to get stronger, but this is a tra-" "Proceed" "Okay..."
and the battle of freedom begins.
Name - Could be "Deltarune: Bluest Freedom" or "Deltarune: Thawed Strings."
Soul - The soul now can shoot in all four Cardinal directions like in Deltarune: Spamton Restitched.
Attacks:
Attack 1a - Activate flamethrowers to block yourself from the pipis, but it turns off after 3 seconds and has the cool down of 2 seconds. Big Shot makes a flamethrower last 5 seconds. 4 entrances of Pipis from the north, south, east, and west. (fnaf x fnf momen 🥶🥶🥶🥶)
Attack 1b - Attack 1a, but with a few Spamton Faces coming at you.
Attack 2a - Needles come at you and then return in a parabola and you nedd to not get stuck in one as you will get hit.
Attack 2b - Attack 2b, but the needles stitch.
Attack 3a - 6 Small Hearts circle around the Bullet Box and you have to destroy them all.
Attack 3b - Attack 3a, but with 2 Hearts and 4 Small ones.
Attack 3c - Attack 3a, but the Small Hearts are farther out and they shoot out more bullets.
Attack 4 - You have to shoot the core while there are nerfed versions of attacks 1 to 3 used against you.
Attack 5 - *_G U N ._*
Attack 0a - Nothing. Just a free turn.
Attack 0b - The core is turned off.

The Neutral Ending: Spamton achieves freedom but he still can't leave the Dark World because he doesn't have a soul.
the good ending for the game, but bad ending for us is this, spamton actually comes out of the games window (if your playing on PC that is) and then comes out of the screen, into the real world and says the following

Easily one of the sickest Spamtunes I've heard in a while. Great art as well.
If I could give some feedback real quick, I think if you ditch the dummy portion in the middle and replace it with a slightly modified version of Battle Against A True Hero's middle lietmotif, maybe even in Power of NEO's soundfont, I think it'll be the best version of the track possible.
I also believe including the "TELL YOU WHAT YOU BIG SHOT" at the very start would also be a good edition, however I understand if you want to leave it out as it already does its job as a nod to DeadRinger.
I hope you found my feedback note worthy and maybe even make a V2 to this track someday.

It's cool, but the transitioning could be improved on and also the dummy motifs are annoying to hear in a serious kinda cool song, especially one that has DEADRINGER on it.
And there's also the problem of meshing different songs together and not changing them to fit the tone.
