You can add texture to paper by crinkling it. Make all the crinkles go in the same direction. I use kraft paper it’s a little heavier.

If the paper is too big for the picture you want to print out, try getting larger paper like 11 × 17 inches. Then maybe you won't need to print it in 2 pieces. You can add the pics together in your computer befor printing it out and have no seems.
