grrrr Every time I find something about a-ha it's in a language other than English. I even found one where the interview was actually in English, but then some one dubbed over it in German, totally making it impossible to hear what they were saying in English. It's very frustrating.
start learning a language. when I was a teenager I used to take my pop info from Bravo magazines in German . I had a big dictionary and looked up word for word then wrote down the article in my language:). People are lazy these days.
It's something totally different when you have something written in a foreign language. Yes, then you can take a dictionary and try to translate it. But how can you do this when you only have the spoken word?
If someone could provide a Norwegian transcript of this (and part 2 of course) I could try and translate it into German and English. Otherwise, no way to do it.
I find Morten's life after fame quite a tragedy. He is a very beautiful looking man with a relatively quirky personality. However I think all the worship he recieved from his fans damaged his possibilities for a normal family life and personal life. His marriage fell apart and he has gone on to father kids outside of marriage which must incredibly brutal on all his kids but more so him. Fame has brought a lot but it also took much away from him. One cannot help sense that he is still seeking that which eludes him. Pål and Magne managed to survive their fame will a lot fewer scars and wounds to their personal lives because proportionally they simply received a lot less of the sexual and lustful attention of the fans where Morten was literally so hounded it is obscene. Morten made his choices and must live with them. I still think he is a great musician and unique vocalist. And yes, he is beautiful but that was not his choice, merely genetic. It is better to appreciate him for his talents than his looks. It is more sincere and less destructive. My take on things at least.
Wow at 8:15, the fans were literally pulling his vest, thus the frantic look of the bodyguard. Oh Morten was teasing with that vest and nothing underneath it haha
