that paper production process is the most inefficient thing I've ever seen. Why have the machine at all if your going to just take individual sheets off by hand and dry them on the floor? why not use a screen and dip the sheets by hand, then at least you can say its artisan hand made paper. and the process leaves them in a neat stack with felts between so you can press the water out.
OR, just get the rest of the machine to complete the process and create rolls of banana paper.
