    The lifestyle equation is golden. Not many people can or want to do this which is why champions are so rare and have sacrificed so much to get to where they got to. Great post Mr. Wenning.

    Working a physical laborer job rn 10 hrs a day and man compared to the summer working my 4-5hr a day physical job my recovery is suffering and it's pissing me off beyond belief

    I guess I've never heard of someone being more fast twitch and some being more slow twitch. Like the back is made mostly of type 1 fibers(slow twitch) with one exception, the upper trapazius muscles is type 2. I've never heard of someone having a more slow twitch upper trapazius but than again I've never heard of many things.

      They are both awesome. Dead serious gets a lot of the manuals and downloads free so it’s a hell of a savings

    Westside me day is one lift they mad on then everyone does assistant editor work for their specific weaknesses. The me lift is always based on the 3 lifts they all compete in. Westside is built around bringing up a persons specific weakness. Read one of Lou's books
