Nice recipe. Quick tip. When u scrape food of your chopping board using your knife; use the back of your knife 🔪 this ensures your knife stays sharp not blunt.
STOP WITH THE OIL YOU DIDN'T DRAIN THE FAT FROM THE MINCE! A tiny bit of oil with Sault with the sauce cook with a lid you don't need half a pint of oil!!

Using chicken stock for beef bolognese lol. Love it. Looks yummy thank you. I need to make a quick spaghetti tonight when I go babysit. Using this recipe 👍

Oregano to the mince makes it taste so good...i add alittle oil at the beginning as i like to add my onions first until golden brown then add my mince...i also like red peppers and yellow too..x
Looks delicious but too much oil, I made it and used oil from the beef and 1 can basil tomato paste 1 can of crushed tomato 1 cup of beef stock white onion green bell pepper half of a scotch bonnet, seasoned salt pepper oregano ofcourse spaghetti and I did garlic bread knots......delicious!
@MurkedlikeJ When the onions start to brown, add 1/4 cup of red wine (burgandy, pinot noir) to deglaze the onion. This is a common practice which is used with beef burgandy and beef stew. Cheers!
Terrible recipe. FYI tomatoes are already cooked in the tin. They just need reheating. There's no need to remove the mince meet. Absolutely pointless time wasting. You start with the onions, then add the mince meat. Then the tomatoes. And simmer. Beef stock??? This is not simple or quick. And I can imagine how bad the flavour must be!
@@monicakinanguka4126 she out oil in before the mince and that looks like a cheap 20% fat mince no need for oil before the meat and you can use the excess oil from the meat to cook the onions and add a tiny bit of oil if needed

I'd recommend not adding any oil to it when your cooking it because when your cooking it the oil from the meat will come out :)
Mgg Playz that's true - becomes too oily
No oil cook the mince in water tiny bit
How fatty is your mince??
Unless you're confusing the water for fat.

Try adding some oregeno, thyme, garlic powder, and degalze your pot with the onions with a red wine (pinot noir)

It enriches and embolden your sauce, look up some recipes on the web and you will see some (the better ones) call for red wine.
Not bolognese

How can you call this bolognese sauce without carrots or milk?
You kill me when you said …” Vegetable oil “!!!!! No need to watch the rest !!
That is a very confused dish, a Bolognese it is not. There is no such thing as a quick Bolognese, minimum 3 hours to simmer the sauce.
Tut tut tut tut sorry what was that tut tut
This oil abuse 😂that food looks yummy
Very easy and good ways to explain
Simple English
No Garlic in a spag boll but a chilly never heard of this combo before but looks nice 👌
You're luckily that it seems from the comments that no Italians have found this video yet 🤣

Exactly how long did it take for the tomatoes to cook?, 5, 10, 15? Mins
15L of oil and cook the tomatoes for 1 minute
No wine ?
Original is with milk btw
It is not the original recipe😮

2 small onions, 500g mince, 2 400g tins of tomato’s, one cup of beef stock
2 cups of beef stock*
Leave the tomato and onion mixture to cook for 10 min as she says 😆
And 5L of oil
And 1KG of salt
this is elite.
You tasted the oil and fat from top !! Tut

Wow far too much salt

Delicious
My god so much oil and salt 🤢🤮

How long do you leave the Bolognese sauce mix to cook, yu didn’t mention that in the video?
You leave it for 10 minutes. and she did say it.
I would leave it on low heat for 30 minutes covered makes the sauce thicker and all the great taste blended together
Take a shot every time she says add oil
It was looking good until u headed that extra oil soz x
Could anyone list all of the ingredients in order, thanks in advance
My favourite dish to make 👌🏽
Why is beef and tomato so nice, it doesn't make sense, protein and vegetable
Tomato is a fruit

What do I use if I don’t have beef stock
You can use salt or all purpose seasoning
Vegetable stock works too
Lamb stock works
I’m gonna try this today x
Looks lush.
Can you use Dilmio sauce instead of chopped tomatoes?
No

If you use rice, it will absorb every precious drop of that wonderful sauce and none will be at the bottom of the bowl
